Hey, I’ve got a 2013 and my alarm keeps randomly going off. I think there have been shock sensors added and are super sensitivity. Any idea how to determine which one it is and how to reduce the sensitivity? Love your channel and it’s been helpful so far.
One thing that was not addressed is the power connections to the shock sensor itself. If it is connected to constant power it would seem that the shock sensor would be constantly cycling the relay whenever the vehicle was in motion. Obviously it would not trigger the alarm unless the alarm was activated but it would still be seeing shock and cycling the relay. Can you describe how you energized the shock sensor to only be active when the factory alarm is active? Thanks.
thank you for the answer. Can you show that or tell me that, where is the rest of the wires form the sensor need to connected? I got 5 wires all , red, yellow, green, black, blue. I got that, the blue should be connected to the relay, but where is the rest goes? The instruction paper is not so clear. I don't know what is first stage out put ,second stage trigger output or turn on input means. I would appreciate it if you would explained that. Thank you,
Hi, u are making a ONLY hood sensor. Means in arm mode anyone force open hood, alarm goes on. U r not making overall body knocking sensor. Meaning anyone knock your car, alarm will not goes off. It remains silent.
Thanks for not making this 45 minute long videos and five parts
Thaaaaaaaaank you so much! I was two days looking for this info!
Good job 👍
do you have more details on how the wiring goes from sensor to relay?

How can you install the shock sensor with OEM remote start feature? Once you remote start your vehicle, it triggers the shock sensor.
Where did you connect the red wire that is coming from the sensor.

th-cam.com/video/ri03oBDwpFE/w-d-xo.html this one has the wiring for the sensor and relay.
Would this same process work on the 508d sensor? Like you, I'd like to maintain the factory alarm/fob but upgrade it a little bit.
504k is work with 96 Toyota Camry too.
What shock/ perimeter alarm did you use
When you step in the car before you have ignition on you get bonnet open signals or not?
?
How much this cost?
what type of relay you use? where to get those?
Fishing4life: either a SPST or a SPDT will work fine. They sell them at most autoparts stores.

Lol no sir. The shot sensor triggers the hood switch. The hood trigger already goes off when the hood is opened.
