I dont know dude. Im main soldierai and never played with a pocket medic. And it seems to me that if there is no medic, then it’s easier to take not Soldierai, but some other set.

This makes it far, far more broken to have a medic if your intention is not to farm uber rate, by making the health of the Soldier so hard to reduce that it would take a considerable portion of the enemy team's attention to take him down. Thus, by pairing the soldierai/medic combo with a team push, you have a significantly higher chance of success over pretty much any other strategy. One soldier with conch/blackbox and a vacc or quickfix medic will outperform 2-4 soldiers with no medics in most situations.
