Thank you for actually not doing any jumping. I constantly find videos that say "no jumping" but there will be jumping. I live in an apartment and the floors are awful, I'm afraid I'll break through! 😂😭 (I'm decent at modifying, but still haha)
this was my first time doing one of your workouts and i absolutely loved it! i'm overweight and hate going to the gym 'cause it's too hard and uncomfortable for me, so finding this was incredible. i kinda felt like crying at a point because i finally found an exercise that i could follow and even have fun at the same time. thank you so much!!!

I know I see a comment like this every video, so it’s not original, but this video really came at the right time. I have been failing at losing weight for months and it sends me into motivation spirals when it seems like nothing works no matter how I try. I knew I needed to exercise today, but I just didn’t want to at all. But this was so quick and helpful and low intensity that I had fun and it really helped my mood. Been following since day one and the dance hiits/liits always make my mood better. 💚💕

I never leave any coms on youtube but I feel like I must do so now. (I'm french so my english might be incorrect sometimes, and it's okay, i'm learning). I just discovered her by this workout for my day 1 of my resolution to workout every day for my mental and physical health. As an obese person(110kg), I was able to do every move as she showed but the fact that she kept saying that if things don't work out for me I can change the moves made me feel very good about if I needed to change the moves. But again I was able to do every moove as she showed, wich made me very proud of myself !! She is such good vibes too ! It made me feel amazing about doing this workout and actually enjoying it, no pressure and no judjment or selfjudjment. I really want to thank her if she sees my comment somehow, this workout made me so proud of myself and I had so much fun moving my body ! Also for my fat fellow friends, it's okay if you need to rest more or change the mooves, you are doing great just by deciding to do this and moving your body. Just wanted to say a huge thank you. I've been dealing with sciatica pain for weeks now and usually even walking hurts so much I need to squat down to rest. Of course movement is super important for the recovery and I literally cried at the last song because something about those exercises just worked right for my back and for the first time in ages I was able to move fully with energy and without pain. It might seem silly on the surface, but you are doing truly important work.
I had so much fun doing this video! I’m still learning how to enjoy moving my body postpartum without discomfort. I’ve learned I love dance workouts but feel so self conscious doing them, even by myself, as I mess up often. Hearing you say “wrong and strong” up top meant I knew straight away I was gonna enjoy this!!
These liit workouts are perfect!! I’ve had to move back in with my parents so I’m in my room trying to get fit so low impact is key!! Please do more 😍❤️

It all went a bit fast for the first time, but I like the songs and the enthusiasm so I'll definitely save this to try again later! I also tend to get stiff/painful shoulders from office work all day and this feels like it's promoting a lot more positive movement in those areas. ❤
This was a good one! Love the LIIT style, very similar to how I modify the HIIT workouts for my personal needs, except that I feel more comfortable going hard so it’s actually a more intense workout for me.

I’m 375 pounds and not used to moving really at all but I did about half this video before having to stop. I have really bad knees so I’m limited. I can’t wait to be able to do the whole thing. This was fun!

I picked one of your videos so I could get some movement in for the day. And before I knew it, I did an hours worth of workouts!!! I'm loving it!!! It's so easy to push myself and get my heart rate up more than other workouts, but on days I'm not feeling it, I can still go through the workout and get movement. It's so much fun! Thank you!!!
