For when you probably do the G rank version of this video: Load up no longer gives an extra phial, it instead gives you 5 filled phials from yellow heat (which you can get from 3 hits - X charge A, which is quicker than with focus 3)

You can also see when a monsters ready to be captured by seeing the blue skull icon under its respective icon in the top right - or if you set your map to detailed via the options menu, itll be easier to see those small icons easier as well

you say get a blue sharpness weapon asap but defender weapon have 190 atk while the blue izuchi has 140 in blue sharpness that equivalent to 168 atk way below defender weapons
