Congrats on dooming this priceless, historic building to crumble in a single winter. Hope the new owner enjoys the gloss black exterior for the next 3 months or so.
Not that the house is bad, but I think an interior designer could have helped on this project. The finishes are all over the place and I’m not seeing a common thread.
thats funny, my only critique of the entire house was that I would really want to change the backsplashes is to more eclectic/maximalist patterns but the designers and builders clearly put so much effort into it I could never have the heart to change them if i owned it
not my cup of tea. Walk into the house to the dining room? The problem with row houses is they are dark. I lived in one on Elm. I was glad to get out. I am sure someone will like this, but you have shown many more spectacular spaces in the same neighborhood.
I absolutely DO NOT like the Black paint 😒 on the outside of the building. It looks horrific and satanic. 😅 its Gothc, Stark and Dark. I hate when they Gut these places and modernize, losing ALL of the original charm. The glass is elevator is tacky and a perfect example of what I mean. Its COLD.
Eclectic bad taste. What prevented the restoration of the classic interior? Everything looks as if the head of an antelope was sewn to the body of a lion.
Happy Sunday, Friends! Would love to hear what you think of this beauty. Drop a comment 🔥
man, it's actually 1000 feet to the Lake; but this Lake view is just amazing!
Thank you for the support, Andrei!
Absolutely! Thanks for letting us feature this beauty.

The kitchen and bathroom are in incredibly beautiful 😍😍
I think the elevator is Andrei’s favorite part of this beautiful home 🤣🤣🤣
Agree, must have in a home with a lot of levels!
You are so good at acting American my friend 👍👍 beautiful
He lives in America and has acquired an accent like a lot of human beings do lol
I like the black exterior...it gets boring when all fhe buildings are the same
I want this house
Stunning home and a great tour. I was curious if these homes do have any garages as well? Or it's street parking?
Indeed

Kowalski, describe the situation
Sir, I believe this is a refrigeration situation.
😂😂
I don’t like the black exterior paint 🤦🏽♀️

I'm a buyer at $500K.
Go for it Ruben 👏🏾 this is beautiful
nice, you'll be able to find something nice in Chicago for 500k if that's where you're looking. Good luck in your search.
I have a black house (modern design) in my neighborhood. I guess I'm just closed minded. To each his own, as they say. The inside is nice, though.
Wow this is awful. Sad they would ruin what was probably a beautiful home
right? some of the choices in this house are horrendous.
I wonder in history how many people have died via their private elevator and, if we are to be honest, how little sympathy any of them got.

Too much
That is a very ugly house, inside and out. The black exterior is awful.
