Who here is old enough to remember the South Bronx during the 70's Now imagine you time traveled from then to now and see that one day this would be a building in the South Bronx
That apartment is tiny AF... I'm good. Living here in NYC, your best bet is an apartment that was built around the 60s and 70s. Those are comparable to the kind of space you would find in other American cities.
There’s two types of Bronx-ites… those who grew up in a bad part and had so many bad experiences that they feel the only way to make it would be to move out.. then you have those who grew up in van cortland and then decided to move to riverdale.. I don’t think I’ll ever leave my beautiful Bronx neighborhood.. it’s beautiful here..

@@DarrylBass I’ve driven through here as a kid in the late 90s. Def was interesting. However, I’m glad to see them transforming it.
The crime ain't never changed, tho.
They can have as many luxury apartments they want out there, somethings will never change.
Music too loud
Thanks for the feedback! Something I noticed myself. Some work to do for the next one.

@@angelorosario5069 everything changes. The NYC today is different from 50-60 years ago. Just like it’ll be different in another 50.
Omg the pool is only 4 feet deep😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@debrajohnson9728 did you want deep sea diving?
@picassoaponte have that already here on 59th street
Small apartment good lord could you spare the space😂😂😂😂😂cant fool me with staging
Any place that offers a deal with 2,3, months free is not a place to be… FACTS!!!
@@DPNY-qm4ix why is that?
So disappointed about the apartments it looks too small the kitchen is not designed well at all ❤
@@collettesmith4034 what do you suggest they do different?
Was not a healthy place to live years ago. In the middle of a triangle of cars and trucks pollution. Cross Bronx, Bruckner Expresway and I-95.
If they have affordable apartments in that building, the market rent paying residents are going to be in for a rude awakening.
How so
Wtf is pickle ball?
Blink gym membership is 30 a month😂😂nobody's paying for that😂😂😂
@@debrajohnson9728 it’s included in the rent. Blink doesn’t have a pool though 😂
