very good Chief, long runs alone in the bush, a cold bev after and reading on a couch in a quiet house, can relate ! but talking to a camera, don't know how you do it but good on you for having a crack and just being yourself, also Garry Disher writes great crime fiction, usually a regional Australian setting

Hey Luke just wanted to say thanks for sharing your journey and being vulnerable enough to show the good days and well… tough days! Amazing result at UTMB, I had the pleasure of catching with you for a few kms during bright 100km earlier this year and have followed ever since👌 looking forward to sharing the trail in a few weeks as I attempt my first miler😳 oh out of curiosity I run in the Hoka tecton x and wondering what the norda are like in comparison? Yeah dude! On top of Buffalo! Keen to crush some kms with you again for sure.
I went from tectons to Nordas so know the two well. Surprisingly similar! Nordas slightly more forgiving over long runs in the midsole. The upper is much more minimal in the Nordas and I find you have to be far more precise with the laces, but the fit is remarkably similar. I averaged ~300km in tectons before they’d fall apart (4 pairs) and I’m over 900km in Nordas and they still feel great. 1/2 size up in Nordas too👌
