Absolutely!!! I have an ultra coming up in April. I seriously was going to skip my long run today. After watching Heather push through her training… I’m packing right now and headed to the mountains 😎. So good to see her back at it 🍻.
Warrior Heather! Congratulations! I think we all underestimate how much of a toll pregnancy and the post partum period takes on a woman’s body. Then to have an injury too. So impressive. Super motivational and emotional to watch ❤
Great job, Heather! You are a talented athlete with a future of events left ahead of you! I am a very average athlete and have found that I am not the runner I once was after a lifetime of minor injuries. Nonetheless, at 50, I am continuing. It takes considerable mental strength :). Glad you are part of the channel!
Just imagined the moment Baby Magnus becomes a boy and watches these videos, sees the medals lying in some box in the house and becomes so proud of mom❤
Great job Supermum! Running is definitely salve for the soul but can hurt the body....Ouch! 😣 Stunning video too! Thanks GTN Team. First run in the first snow of the year here in Vancouver so it's nice to see some sun in the UK 🇨🇦
Bravo Heather. Your advice lives on in yourself. Just keep going forward. You gave me advice on my swimming as well. Just keep swimming. Those starts in Triathlon are grueling but you just got to keep swimming. Cheers
Congratulations, Heather! You placed in the top 20 women (looking at the UTMB results, your name is not in, so this is an estimate), so clearly you ran this in a fantastic way. And within a year of having a major surgery and a broken bone, your achievement is huge.
Also, I think you should do more coverage on being a mum and athlete.. because it’s not like your baby is born and suddenly your body and life are back to normal… I’ll bet your still in the world of sleep deprivation right now.
Has Heather’s comeback to fitness inspired you to start your own journey? 💪

Congrats Heather! It’s so good to see you back here.

Well done, Heather! It's been really inspiring seeing you continue training while pregnant and now back in the game!
Congrats!! Great to see you back!
100% running! Thanks for the inspiration!
This is proper running, the effort required to do steep hills, stairs, sandy terrain and so on makes it so much harder. Well done 💪 .
Congrats Heather!! Give yourself more grace and credit-this is an amazing achievement!
This was proper running. Even elites power hiking (trail runners not walking, they power hiking)!
Amazing!!!! You did so well, a true inspiration and legend 🥇🏆

Kudos to you Heather and it's great to see you back. Congratulations on being a Mum and running an ultra 💪enjoy your hols
Congrats Heather
Wonderful to see you back in action Heather 🤩. I recommend the St Davids Marathon, very similar, if you enjoy this. Great effort 💪.
👏👏👏👏
This isn’t an ultra marathon, as it’s not longer than a marathon. It borders on r/runningcirclejerk territory. But still very cool!
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Wahey!
This is awesome. You did it! Your body has been through so much! Only women can really understand.

Is 41 k considered UM?
50k and up
@ thanks!
Surely 41km is not a Ultra marathon
True but the point is she did something this intense not that long after giving birth.
Strangely UTMB rank it as a 50k. Not sure why.
@@SimonBransfieldGarth maybe because of the elevation?
