Each glass of vegetable broth three to five minutes..taste a grain to see it is cooked..then add the shrimp. Being a vegetarian…I made with Basmati rice..one half cup of rice needs one cup of vegetable broth. Added more Parmesan cheese..garnish with flat leaf parsley.. delicious…with baked lemon pepper to seven to twelve minutes in the convection oven..higher heat..table top..used chicken legs..another time used boneless was a perfect one. Just as the shrimp in the recipe. Many ways. Makes a good serving for four.exactly 15 tablespoons.of delicious awesome foods.
Up to 1':40'' I thought that you will use a separate pan for the risotto. The way you did it made all the other ingredients overcooked. And by doing that you violated risotto rule #1 to sautee the rice.
