Using your inspiration. I wore a charity find, a peachy Mint Velvet beaded vest top with a satin skirt from Zara to our Pearl wedding celebration on Saturday. I got so many comments on the top. It blew people away when I told them it was a charity shop find for £6.00 ! Many of our friends are going to try out the charity shops now. Thank you. I love your videos.
Thank you! I have a haul from last week where I wear the items but I’ll also be doing some occasional vlog style videos where I’ll showcase my secondhand wardrobe xx
Мonica, this double breasted " made in Italy" jacket is amazing! I am the same cut silk jacket from Rifat Ozbek. I already have it for 30 years, but i still enjoy wearing it. Thank you for the lovely vlog. Love.
Monica, just loving your videos in charity shops. I took your advice to buy an out of season coat when you see. I bought a padded Per Una jacket with hood, just £10.00. I would have left on shelf but so glad for your advice.
Hi Monica... another great video from you. I have started looking at the clothing that comes into our charity shop... last week I bought a lovely navy cheesecloth type blouse with white polka dots by a brand called Made in Italy. I'd not heard of them before. It needed a cami top under it and i found one for £2 in Primark. I also bought a pair of white M&S cropped jeans from my shop. I am really loving your ideas and inspiration. xxxx
Great video and the prices in the UK seem to be very reasonable, still, unlike in Germany, where I live. Btw, OPUS is a German highstreet brand, quite popular along with its slightly more affordable line which is called „Someday“. They specialize in minimalist designs similar to Scandinavian fashion and their pieces can be dressed up or down for any occasion, really. If I have something from OPUS or Someday on my Vinted, it usually sells pretty quickly and people are willing to still pay quite a bit, because they are timeless pieces and usually well made for the price point. They are perfect for the current quiet luxury trend, too. 😊 Greetings from Germany. I‘m very much looking forward to your next videos.
Monica I love love stripes. I am so drawn to them, I cannot resist. I am petite and I totally agree I can in some instances wear children clothes (obvs not with unicorns lol) Thanks for sharing Monica, great tips as always xx
What a beautiful selection at such amazing prices 😊. Most of my wardrobe is now second hand. It's a way of being able to try out different styles and it's sustainable, for the planet and your wallet 😂
Thanks so much! I message the charity shops ahead of time as to prevent filming customers that aren’t happy to be filmed/for noise prevention and I come before they open 🥰
Oh Monica...so many lovely items!! Loved the orange and blue dresses and Bright Pink Jacket. I love stripe tops too....that red and white one looked so nice! Really enjoyed your video and styling tips. Delighted your Subscribers keep growing!
What a shop! So many great pieces Monica! Good job I don’t live near as I’d be in like a shot 😆 Thank you for another great video, I’m really enjoying them 👏☺️
Thank you Monica for yet another fun & interesting vlog! I learn a lot everytime, you sure are a natural stylist and you offer great outfit ideas on the spot, that's a talent right there. The hair looks amazing today. Merci
You’re the ONLY TH-camr frugal who looks chic!💎You inspire me to get into charity shops, however, Putney SW15, there’s nothing like you show, dress £5, blouse £1 😞
Haha aww! Thanks so much! I need to start my London series! It’s on my plan, I hear you - lived in London for 7 years so I can relate on the prices 😂🤣 Camden is still reasonable! xxx
Hi! I try to show a wide range of sizes and styles, lots of the shopping I do is for my own body shape and the styles that I personally enjoy to wear. I try to show my own preferences and also other sizes whenever I see them 😊
I have mentioned sizes 18-26 in a couple of my other videos 🥰 I always try to cover any nice items I find no matter what the size, will be sure to keep including all sizes xx
I would love to see you in the clothes you buy for yourself.
I shared a recent haul last week, but I do also plan to start sharing some occasional vlogs where I wear my secondhand clothes 🥰 x
A dear, dear friend of mine was a huge Princess Kate fan. She would have loved you ❤❤❤
Your enthusiasm makes me want to immediately go charity shop shopping! You need your own tv show xx

Hahaha! I was over on TikTok and Instagram! ♥️ thanks btw! xx
You always seem to find lovely things I love going into charity shops but never seem to find anything properly
Keep trying! You’ll get there ♥️
I wish you would try on some things and show us some outfits 👍🏻
You’re the ONLY TH-camr frugal who looks chic!💎You inspire me to get into charity shops, however, Putney SW15, there’s nothing like you show, dress £5, blouse £1 😞

Great prices at this shop! Monica, I was wondering what part of England are you from?
Truly!! ♥️ I’m from West Yorkshire originally and my mum is Canadian 😊
Eight quid for that Hobbs dress?! Ooooh, I wish…
Amazing right!?♥️😍
Could you please ask your camera operator to pan down the garments. It is hard to tell sometimes if you are holding a top or a dress. 😊
Yes! It’s all a learning curve but will try to get more full shots ♥️♥️♥️
Where do you live? Your prices are amazing, compared to Canada
Suffolk, south England. But I’m half Canadian and thrift a lot in Ontario! I’ll be there this summer 🥰
The green dress was only £4. What a bargain 😊
Truly! ♻️♥️😍
❤❤❤
The charity shops around here might be three times the price you pay in your stores and this is not an upmarket area.
Model your picks
I have a haul I posted last week where I wear the pieces ♥️ x
I notice that many of the clothing you find is more suited to very slim ladies. High necks, maxi styles etc are not for shorter larger ladies!
Hi! I try to show a wide range of sizes and styles, lots of the shopping I do is for my own body shape and the styles that I personally enjoy to wear. I try to show my own preferences and also other sizes whenever I see them 😊
09
The first dress looks like a nurse's uniform 🤔
Haha! Never seen a nurse wear this but perhaps! 😊
You need to show us some bigger sizes 18-20 - bigger gals are always left out.
I have mentioned sizes 18-26 in a couple of my other videos 🥰 I always try to cover any nice items I find no matter what the size, will be sure to keep including all sizes xx
Pity you don't do gentlemen's style
I’m sorry! I’m terrible at men’s fashion 😂 maybe one day I can bring my husband and we can do one together as he is super stylish!
