First comment. My favourite item of today were the lace trousers, they are gorgeous.

These look good quality and good prices. Too many charity shops are pushing the prices too high for washed up tatty clothes. Too often I spot Primark or supermarket items sold at a higher price than they were on sale at in store. Also better items often get sold via ebay and similar so the shop quality tends to be lower. I understand that charity shops need to raise money, but they also need to charge reasonable prices.

I’ve been following your videos for a few months now. I love the dress because it is so chic, but I also like the idea of the light grey and white combination with the coat and bag. It’s so different from the more ususal winter colour combinations. Thanks for some great inspiration.

Hi Monica, great video. You made 3 lovely outfits. My favourite was the green dress....it's such a beautiful colour and the definitely suits you. Liked the blazer outfit as well! Love your thrifting videos; I enjoyed this one also. Today I finally found my denim dress at Good Will in Frisco, Texas. Actually without really looking I found 2😊. Both very different. They were $10.99 each, but,I got the senior discount,🤣,only times I like to admit I'm old! You've taught this old dog some new tricks, your styling tips a great,thanks!

Great video Monica. I think out of London charity shops are often better value for money as I guess London rents are higher. Still I have found some great things here over the years & I barely shop new any more. You found 4 great outfits there. I loved the jumpsuit and the grey oversized coat with the crisp white shirt looked fab. XX

I go to charity shops in Leicester but they are exspencive you have a very good shop there its good prices 👍😍

Is your dog a Schipperke ? You have a better figure than me do it all looks good as I liké tailored jackets but getting one to fit correctly is rocket science !

I go to my local charity shop .... try outfits on , style them up , send pictures to my daughter and sis .everyone says they shud hire me to advertise and sell their stuff !! If i wasn't running my own business i definitely would love to do this ❤😂❤ much love Monica ❤️ 💕

I love the skirt you're wearing. Was that a Charity shop buy? I dont buy from Used clothes shops as, here in France, there are none outside of the Cities. This is, clearly, in a good area!! When we lived in the Uk, Charity shops were like Jumble sales. I loved the first outfit and the dress. Cant believe you didn't buy it! I loved the jumpsuit and some of the dresses you showed too. Thanks for all those suggestions Monica, never thought of buying men’s shirts 🤔, will defo be open to trying it. I love charity shops, had some great stuff out of them that friends and family have complimented on.

I still love everything about the60’s decade including fashion I grew up in the 70’s and again fashion goes to another extreme to Denim and Platform shoes Unfortunately as time and tech have moved on the high street as declined very fast I admit I am a hypocrite and over the last 8-10 years I have not been to Birmingham in that time 35-40% from ETSY sellers from 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇬🇧🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿and 🇫🇷 and 🇮🇹 And it’s all vintage 60’s and 70’s genuine Yes you can go from £25 to £250 The other 25% I buy from charity shops and a local independent boutique I love bright colours and items of clothing that are ‘one off’s make you stand out ❤️👍 ❤️
