Cherki and Doue would be amazing signings, both skill full and both players we need. Cherki can be a backup to Maddison( with Lo Celso leaving) and Doue can cover both wings. Both players are exciting and great on the ball, something we’re lacking
One caution, Mickey Moore, and other academy youngsters can be bloacked with too many U21 players signing for 1st team and on long term contracts

Let the medical department assess whether Neto is viable. If they believe he's over his injury woes, he could be phenomenal. He's such an exciting player to watch - so smooth across the ground and can beat defenders either way from a standing start.

Eze has the homegrown factor as an additional advantage. Having said that, I did predict Doue as an incoming
• Doue is a very exciting signing if we can get Gil & Solomon out. If it's Eze or Doue then let's go for Eze & give Moore chance to be backup to Sonny.
• Give up on Neto he's always injured, another Sess, Lo Celso, Ndombele signing.
• I thought he was going to Dortmund? Cherki is good but we need Eze no one else in the midfield.

It's seems that we don't have an academy or something. Why go for other young players and we got our own players who won the under 21 very talented. Let's go for big guns who will teach them how it's done like an Eze toney and Williams. I'm tired of this for future shit what about now???

Where does eze even fits in our team? Coz if we are signing him to play cam then paying 60 mil to play half the games would be difficult to see happening. If we get eze and we can have him and madders both in the team then it's a must

We can’t just aim for youngsters all the time, we need to add experienced players as well.
If we’re going to focus on the young talents they better play the young talent. We all know how hard it is for youngsters to get a chance on Spurs.

It might make more sense to spend 70 mil on both Neto and Doue than just on Eze
I think Cherki would be the replacement of Lo Celso, he doesn't mean that Eze is not coming(Neto does). Also I think that Walker-Peters is a good option as he is versatile, club-trained and cheap. I believe that the left defender and the striker will be very conditioned on the fees of our sells.

As I try but fail to delete the memories of our game in Newcastle (and few other games) from my brain, my huge concern is that the proven quality DM's are not being prioritized as our transfer targets. The "Ange ball" has the demand for quick ball recovery once possession is lost.
I doubt we can expect YB circa first few games of last season to display same form through whole new season, especially if PEH is going to leave.

You're absolutely right. The intensity is the #1 attribute. I see that in Bissouma at 8, getting rotated with plenty of other decent 8s. The aggressive, destroyer pivot 6 is the focal point needed.

VDV, Romero didn't have PL experience it's a myth, defenders from other top European leagues every bit as good.
Neto sadly is Lo Celso mark 2, it’s a non starter. Douer looks unbelievable!! Him & Cherki for same price as Eze makes a lot of sense. But we need a finisher!! We need Toney!! All these young creative players heads could drop if we don’t have a reliable dependable striker. Madders Gray Bergvall will create loads. Prioritize an ice cold finisher!! COYS

Cherki avoid , Doue definitely..Neto just doesnt have the final product,fast,quick,skillful but lacks the final ball. You need to judge by Neto still has no suitors despite some great performances, also too injury prone. Levy need to add some WINNERS and EXPERIENCED LEADERS to the squad too. Spurs lack leadership on the pitch.

What academy kid who you have seen playing against grown men, in your opinion do you think is anywhere near ready or good enough to play for our 1st team? Watching them lose the final against Fulham (kids) they looked a mile off challenging to be included in our 1st team squad.
@lesliecrawford783 well I hear many of our fans claim that we have loads of generational talent in the academy. Why are 18 yr olds getting chances at other clubs and we're willing to pay 30/40m for them? It's not adding up. Either our academy talent is not that great or our manager just refuses to give them opportunities.
@sof5930 our fanbase just massively overhypes our academy, ange said at the start of the season it needs a lot of work. Realistically even if we have a golden generation of academy players, out of 15 players only 1 is going to be a top player.

Spurs has been rebuilding since 2001 when ENIC took over. It has been 25 years now. Are they going to win something in 10 years? The answer will definitely be no. Our top players like Romero, VDV, and more will leave the club ASAP if we don't win something soon.
