My biggest worry is signing Eze and realising he is similar to Kulu who likes to cut in instead of sticking wide and half way through the season we start werner and brennan once again to fit the system, only to realise we spent 70mil as a back up to madders.
Ofc I absolutely trust whatever decision ange and the scouting team makes but if we can get chiesa, it's the biggest robbery the world has ever seen in world football. Price is obviously not the issue, but can ange pull off that magic once again to convince players to come over 🤷

Spot on he is not a Postecoglue winger and as such then we are just buying a player to compete with Madders which means only one of them can start. That kind of money can be better spent in another position ie right and/or left wing.
Massive concerns over the lack of links to a number 6. We need a destroyer was a big problem in the system, in my opinion.

we just bought Gray who will be the backup to Bissouma
Bentancur can do a good job there.. He was not at his best last season but Spurs are never getting a better player than him for cheap

I believe that Lankshear is homegrown whatever happens but not club trained unless he's been here for 3 consecutive seasons/years. Not sure, but that's my take. If he goes on loan now, he's not being trained by Spurs.

Signing Eze and Toney would be very strategic for Spurs.
These two players' experience exposure of the EPL and Top Level Games, are the ingredients for Spurs to be a Mean-machine, considering the great young stars that Spurs have signing and intend signing.
Adding Neto,Jonathan David and Doue, would be marvelous.
As much as I am positive in this transfer window, I still wish to hear some solid number 9 strikers on our target list. Gimenez and Toney news have recently died down...

I think if Doue comes in, the Eze deal will be scuppered. I feel it's one or the other, but not both, especially as the payment terms for Eze may turn out to be prohibitive. Other than that, if not David, any other forward, and by that I mean a number 9 and not a Neto, would involve a fair chunk of the budget, so I would get that hopeful if I were you.
• Doue would cost a little too much & I think he shouldn't get in front of Moore but what a signing he can be.
• Eze is the signing we need. Eze x Madders in the midfield would be so good to watch.
• Ramsey would've fit perfectly if we didn't have these players like Bergvall, Devine, Sarr & so on.
• 20m for Emerson then he's yours to any team.
• I would sell Richarlison & Parrott then give Veliz the starting spot & Lankshear as backup. We have to create a path at some point for these players to come into the first team. We complain about not giving young players chances but we want players like Toney, Doue & so on that will stop their development in the first team.
• Donley to Luton is a very good move & if he becomes a key player for them if they go come back to the prem then I would look at another loan.
• Give Moore the backup role to Sonny, we must keep him.
Eze x Maddison stinks of the Bellingham x Foden, and we know how that's going. Although I agree, Eze over Doue.
@@JC-kz3ut Spurs & England set up are very different. When we attack we set up as a 2-3-4-1. I think with fullbacks being inverted we can have Madders & Eze in the midfield. I think once we improve as a team defensively then it will 100% work.
Sell Emerson to someone else
We'd be best staying clear of Neto. A needle mover is great but pointless if they're barely on the pitch to make the difference we bought them for.
Loan Donley to Luton as a sweetener for no fee and make a cheekily cheap bid for Doughty

We need a top quality no 9 with some experience. We have young forwards we can develop in the background but need someone ready now that will get at least 25 goals and a few assists this season

Who are we saving money for? Danny? We are a mid club. You can only depend on potential for so long. Bring in Eze and a proven striker then maybe all this penny pinching and gambling is gay than a bitch. Istg Danny loves finishing 4-8th and pretending to build. If Tottenham sign Neto above 30 mil but don’t sign Eze to save money, the club needs to be sold.

Eze's release price means he's not coming to spurs, a shame but we all know we're not paying that. We can sign 2/3 players for the price of Eze. It will be Doue, Toney or Gimenez, possibly Neto, Chiesa and in my opinion KWP. Out goings will then depend on others coming in.
