Aspirin and Nitroglycerin can both be given together to patients who present with chest pain as long as they do not have any other contraindications for those medications. I am not sure of what the scope of practice for EMT's in Uganda is, so you will need to look at your local protocols to see if you are allowed to give those medications.

Some states will have an expanded scope, but generally Glucagon is considered an AEMT level medication which is why it was not covered in the video.
