Evan … EVANN !! I FU$KING PASSSSED MY NREMT !! Dude I haven’t been out of school for a whole year with procrastination… my test stopped at 70 … got my results today LETS GOOOOOOO🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Every diabetic is different we once had a diabetic with AMS and she locked herself in the bathroom her daughter convinced her to come out and we got a BGL of 25 she was still walking around and refused IV from the paramedics she instead drank orange juice mixed with glucose
Your videos are very helpful! Do you by chance have a video on when to use BVM or a NRB? On the NREMT, they gave a lot of scenarios of which one to use and it tripped me up!
From what I understand, if the patient has a decreased LOC or is struggling to breathe on their own for any reason, BVM. If they have low SPO2 but are still responsive and conscious, high flow oxygen on NRB.
@@aaronmartin451 I bought a book on amazon for ems, i cant remember what it is called, but i learned more in the 350 pages in that book, than i did in the 1800 page textbook lol
I like these videos but I’d like to see examples of if these vitals where to drop or rise and what you would do if this happens as a emt for example if I’m transferring a patient and there BP dropped what would I do to improve their BP as a EMT
Your videos are so helpful! I passed my NREMT exam in January to become an EMT- B. I’m thinking of going into Paramedics in September. Do you have any tips or suggestions of where I should start ? I know it’s always good to start studying BEFORE hand. Helpppp 😅

Thanks coach just passed my NREMT and your videos had been very helpful to understand EMS.
Also skin condition is important too, pale cool and diaphoretic is a sign of shock
Dude, thanks to your videos, I passed my Sate EMR written exam!
That is awesome!
Great video. Thanks! I'm a working EMT and hit on your site regularly to "keep in shape." I'm sending this video to our unit training officer.
Thanks for sharing!
can you make a video going more in depth on types of shock and the types of signs and symptoms that go with each kind?
He has one either here or in the video vault that really helped me.

5:23 respirations for 13-8yo should probably be 12-20 breaths per minute.
