Am I eligible to apply for TCS if I completed my 12th through open schooling (not NIOS) but all my other courses (graduation, post-graduation) are full-time?

I worked in a company as a fresher for 2 months, probation period, then absconded, they created my pf account but my uan is not active yet. Please tell me what am I supposed to do while joining another company.

I am a 2021-25 CSE graduate. I gave the on-campus NQT on 3rd October 2024 and got selected for a Digital Role at TCS (7 LPA) today! I was already placed at LTIMindtree for the GET Role (4.05 LPA) a few months earlier. Now, based on my research, I realized that LTI's training is one of the best in the industry, and as a fresher, I really want to attend it. However, TCS is offering a much higher package! So, what can be the proper action plan to make the best of both offers in terms of learning and monetary benefits? One good piece of advice I received was to: Join LTI first (assuming they provide the joining date before TCS). Learn as much as possible during their training, and then transition to TCS for the better pay. However, I have a concern: Since LTI is a full-time offer, they will definitely generate my EPFO account (UAN). Will TCS accept me if I already have an existing UAN/EPFO account? At the same time, the TCS application form stated that candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are eligible, so technically, they might consider candidates with an existing EPFO account. What should I do? Please, any senior or brilliant mind, help me out here with solid advice! 🙏

Hi Sir, I was interviewed for tcs and I have overall 7.5 years of experience and relevant experience of 6.5 years. After my interview tcs asked me for uan portal screenshot there were 5 companies in that screenshot company A,B,C,D,E respectively in company B I worked for 4 months and I dont have relieving letter for it. I told tcs I dont have relieving letter they told me to get it somehow from company B when I went to company B they told me they dont have any employee data older than 3 years so they will not be able to validate and give me experience letter now. I told the same to tcs then tcs after few days came back to me and told me its okay we have taken exception for you you dont need to provide relieving letter of company B. and now they have generated my offer letter now I want to know if after initiating my bgc will they come to know somehow that I absconded company B and do mark my bgc as red.

Hi, I have worked in a BPO for 2 and half months but then I absconded from there. I used to get test messages everytime that pf amount is credited but then as a fresher i really didn't know what it was. I even don't know my pf account number. Now i got offer letter in a MNC and I uploaded documents as well. What to do now?

Toh maine uska reply 4-5 ghante baad diya ki thik hai Phir mujhe 4din baad HR se Absconding ka mail aa gya hai.. Toh maine mail ke baare me Manager se baat ki toh unhone kaha ki aap hamare brand ke konsi bhi company me 2 saal tak job nahi kar sakte.. Iski dusri jagah joining me problems toh nahi ayegi na? Aur isko kaise solve kare ye bhi bataye please 🙏
