Erin, this class was wonderful. A couple of years ago, around the time you put out the PB program, I was doing your yoga videos every day and had a yoga practice for the first time in my life. (I got fairly far into the PB program and loved that too!) I found myself in a toxic relationship that eventually came into conflict with my practice, and somehow stopped doing it. I've had a block surrounding coming back into my practice (literally I've felt annoyed at the thought of doing it again), but this week I felt like I might try it again. Day before yesterday, I was so uncomfortable during the entire 30 minutes. Today I decided to look for something lighter, and found this one! It was perfect! It reminded me of the short videos of yours I did when I first began, so I feel a bit hopeful. Thank you for everything you've created for us.
Thanks for helping me to put my body in motion and calm my mind. So I don't let my motor disability take over me, but let it be part of me and let me move as far as I can improving day by day. Namaste!

Thank you! This is the best idea ever. I am doing this one on the days that I am the most tired and the 30 day yoga challenge the rest, and it's working perfectly. This way I don't feel discouraged and I continue with the challenge. And yes, it feels good even 6 minutes. Great :)

absolutely! It doesn't take a full hour or even 20 minutes to matter! Just do what you can!
