It's 9 thanks for the interesting info. I'm 76yrs old I walked 10 blocks twice a week summertime outdoors and indoors & the rest in the yard or dancing in the house. During cool season I did thrice a week outdoors the rest of the week same dancing any steps. I have been doing this since I retired 2013. Thanks again stay safe always. No skipping ads. God bless
Great information, I am 81, Stopped over 10000 steps, Switched to 45 Minutes indoor cycle with 200, Calories & 30-40 minutes indoor Walk & daily Stretching exercises & try to do all household chores & until now was burning 475 Calories, but reduced it to 350 average.
Had been walking 2yrs ago n im 67 yrs old now hence..my knees were gone due to walking 30-1hr every morning..many thanks for ur continous sharing infos about to be healthy to seniors..God bless
I am 85 and can do most everything as I used to! But you have to realize 85 year old anything wears out and doesn't work as well! Do what you can and begin to know some things can be eliminated from your routine to make the necessary easier! Don't become sedentary and isolated! Bc of falling problems , walking may not be the best, but staying mobile doing chores and errands will be beneficial!

I am trying to manage my rheumatoid arthritis through diet modification. This has helped me to avoid the side effects of methotrexate, an immune supressant and liver toxin.

I find this posting very valuable to all both young and above 70... Young people can better prepare their aging years by cultivating healthy lifestyle and balance eating.. It also prepares them to take better care of elderly in general and parents in particular. I would add deep breathing and joints and glands excercises to build better flexibility and strong immune system..with some meditation and volunteering for self esteem and beating Social isolation too.. Very timely and worth following tips.. prepare
