I really do like how this game fits the bill of "not broken" and yet has a ton of fun glitches.

Yep, all of these glitches require a setup, so it's not too easy to do them on accident.
The fire or hammer jump glitch looks like it could plausibly happen during normal gameplay, but otherwise this game is just rock solid. It's kinda hard to skip anything significant by "normal" means like spamming Tornado or Dragon Fire for any extended amount of time, but speedrunners totally can

fun fact: if the first chaos elfilis orb has low health when the second one gets into orb form and then you hit them both at the same time (while the second one is at full health) the game will just crash.

That is because beating Chaos Elfilis triggers a cutscene, but since there's a second, it tells the game the boss hasn't been beaten yet. So it crashes, because it can't find a cutscene of Chaos Elfilis being beaten and fighting.
@@castperthewolf3426 actually no, that part works just fine. There actually is a cutscene of Chaos elfilis being dead while the other one is attacking. I think the game just doesnt know how to process a boss getting hit at full and the same boss being hit at super low hp so the game just dies

The glitch where you drop your copy ability when going through a loading zone is actually also possible in the cinema doorway. I'm pretty sure it works for most loading zones but is just very precise.
I also got it in the vending machine/ring room in the ice world gauntlet stage (blizzard road?), so it very well could be possible on all loading zones

hear me, do pushups or some exercise, that the boundaries of your understanding be expanded. I tell the truth, son of glitch freed Kirby, but exercise allows me to finish tasks quickly and yet have some time to rest

The Gorimondo out of bounds stuff is insaaaane, and wow even the glitches showcase ends with footage reminding me "yeah you probably should've done that spotdodge thing at any point during your playthrough of the game"

Some extra fun stuff with the Hammer Jump:
-In Battle of Blizzard Bridge, it's possible to get up to the alternate path from the standard path. In doing so, that area isn't properly loaded (including the alt. minibosses), meaning you can skip every miniboss on the standard path after the first Gigant Edge
-In Burning, Churning Power Plant, it's unfortunately not possible to reach the HAL Room in the starting area, as the loading zone is just not there. I believe the "intro room" you come back to is a nearly-identical version of the room, not just a modified version with a ladder added.

The hammer super jump can also be used to explore the lab area where Fecto Forgo was kept in, and it has a surprising amount of detail!

This was my first Kirby game, and I was really impressed! I hope they do a sequel or a different Kirby game that’s fully 3D, and has a lot of the mechanics from this game. I especially liked being able to upgrade my abilities.
Hal themselves have said that this is only the beginning of 3D Kirby

It just feels wrong not hearing his little intro narration explaining what the game basically is.
I genuinely think HAL had so much fun developing the areas in this game because there is so much love and detail in areas that you can't even get to. There's surprisingly so much collision put in the out of bounds areas that I'm convinced that the devs themselves did some out of bounds exploration for fun on their spare time
Fun glitch: while the ladders give you crazy air, there is a similar glitch with two cars. You can perform this in the first level and instead of going up, the car trying to spawn will move on its own sideways

Yeah, i saw that glitch in a Icay video...
Kirby was already broken in 2D, so now this extra dimension gives way to so many more possibilities to break Kirby even more.

I remember finding out that cones can Slightly jump over the ice water in the third stage. and so therefore you can run to start the warp star while in the traffic cone.

An easier way to perform the hammer jump glitch is to use one thumb on A and the other on B. It helps a lot reflex wise and can go super high if you’re lucky!
Its that EASIEST way?
some tips:
you can actually go through other loading zones when getting rid of an ability, but most of the time it's not very useful
you can't actually do the fire super jump glitch with volcano fire, because its a different type of attack (and it also works with ice)
overall a very good glitch showcase tho 👍
Yeah, the Hammer Super Jump is easiest way to do the glitch, though...😅

Awesome video. Recently finished this game and really enjoyed it. Wl have to go back and try these. Quick question; have you done or do you plan to do one of these on the original Deus Ex? Would love to see all the craziness you can get up to in that game!
While I wasn't exactly looking for glitches, I played through this game and beat 100% without running into a single glitch or bug. Every game has its bugs but this game is absolutely solid and a total blast beginning to end. Highly recommend picking it up.

If you drive a large vehicle up against this wall and then hop out of it, you'll pop right through the wall! On the other side, you can see Andy being very busy and hiding from all the fans asking why he isn't feeding them constant content :)

Not three Chaos Elfilises, one's enough.
I once found a glitch in one of the earlier builds where if you hammer jump on top of the arena, there are some spots that get you stuck to the top, but you could jump out of them

There's DEFINITELY a chance Nintendo and HAL will patch some of this stuff out (personally I REALLY hope they do the Super Jumps and erase all the online records achieved through them, because at this point looking at the online records for the Colosseum is just insulting)!

I've watched your videos for so long now (In fact the very first video of yours I've watched was the Sonic 3 one) and seeing you go that far is really inspiring. Ever since that Sonic 3 video your Son of a glitch videos became some of my favourite content on TH-cam, but I've never imagined that one day you'd be officially working on a Sonic game.
