My favorite N64 games and one of my favorite games in general is Paper Mario 64. Not only does it bring the Mario RPG'S up to an whole new level, but the game is so cozy & fun that I replayed it multiple times. Such an classic.
Ah, the Nintendo 64. My first real video game console. One of the first games I ever played was Mario Kart 64. With its zany feel, colorful visuals, and great course design, it remains my favorite Mario Kart to this day. As for my favorite game on the N64...? That goes to Mario Party 3. Not long after playing it, I was immediately charmed by the gameplay loop and extra fun minigames. Toadstool Titan in particular is my favorite minigame in the Mario Party series! MP3 comfortably sits as my third favorite game of all time. Honorable mentions to Mario Golf, Paper Mario, Yoshi's Story; these all are in my 10 best games ever. Super Mario 64, Mario Party 2, Super Smash Bros., and Mario Tennis are also fun in their own right, while Mario Party 1 is decent. One game that you skipped over was Donkey Kong 64. Granted, it's more of a Donkey Kong adventure, but it's also one of my more appreciated games on N64. I like that DK himself was brought back as a player alongside the returning Diddy Kong and newcomers Tiny, Lanky, and Chunky Kong. The worlds are expansive and easy on the eyes. I also dig the OST. DK64 gets a bit of flak for its collect-a-thon status, especially in comparison to Super Mario 64. Also, it doesn't help that Rare had just pumped out Banjo-Kazooie, an entirely original IP for the console. I do like Banjo quite a bit, but I slightly prefer DK64, then the original Super Mario 64. It's just my weird tastes... Great video, dude.
I recently found my old Nintendo 64 consol in the basement 2 weeks ago. It also still has the normal controller and the clear controller. With only one game. Extreme 6. Im tempted to buy some old games now! 🎮
Super Mario 64 is one of the best video games ever made and one of the most important video games ever! It set and paved the way for other 3D Platformers to come. To be fair, Mario from day 1 set and paved the way for gaming series to come by. Without Mario, you wouldn't have The Legend Of Zelda, Kirby, sanic, Mega Man, Castlevania, Final Fantasy, Donkey Kong Country, Metroid and Super Smash Bros!
I have a lot of fond memories with the Mario games for N64. Super Mario 64: The first game I played for this console. Mario Kart 64: The second game I played and I still remember its crazy commercial. Yoshi's Story: A very cute game with imaginative settings and it was also my second game that I had on Christmas Day 1998. Mario Party: My cousin brought it over spring break in 1999 and I admired its creativity. Super Smash Bros.: My 1999 birthday present and my introduction to Pokemon. Mario Party 2: Definitely better than its predecessor and I really love how the characters dress up in different themed settings. Mario Tennis: A decent game with interesting designs and also my introduction to Daisy and Waluigi. Paper Mario: I always found this game promising ever since I first saw it featured in a magazine and thank God I got it on my birthday in 2001 ! Mario Party 3: Not as good as the first two, but it was decent.
like other have a n64 but never think of it much. but Mario 64 was good but not the. say sunshine and 3d world better. only one under Mario 4 is odyssey. of course the like Wii an wiuu but different series I think. 3d world should be in there but nope think counts in same boat as Mario 64 and sunshine.
