I use the SPA wastegate relocation pipe with a 44mm tial gate. It says E36 fitment but it fits my E46 just fine. Never had any boost creep. Have run as low as 4PSI and up to 12PSI no problem. Boost holds steady wherever i set it. Just a heads up for fellow viewers
@@megaghostghostghostThis is not correct, depends on the turbocharger. With a decent size turbo, to keep the boost level low the wastegate must flow enough for the turbo not to spool more and cause more boost.
@@Darkaccent is this considering head studs? or completely untouched? seems like the m54s issue is more about clamping force b/w block+head vs being particularly weak.

Boost creep isn't a problem at low psi. Its the higher psi = more creep

Could you make a video of what m50/52/54/ s52/54 engine and engine setup you recommend for different power levels? From like 450hp up to +1000?
Give our friend hellrot a million subs he deserves it I’ve met him and he’s really nice
Your the only TH-camr I watch, don't stop
POV how I took my engine apart 😂 exept i let the chain drop and used it to get the crank bolt off.
Love ur vids! Please upload a little more lmao. But u ever consider the n54?
where to get wire harness to fit m50b20 to e46 body?
Hey jerret hows duke doing
i know you prefer m52 iron blocks, but at what boost levels do you feel like the m54 becomes unreliable?
People always say to not go past 10-12 psi. 8-10 psi would be a safe bet.

@@davidrichards5849 Yeah, I'm pretty positive head studs aren't necessary.

Have you ever had an oil pump blow?
Was this the one you took home in the trunk of the camry?
Yes
around 22:25 did you actually said the STOCK hg is better than the 250 euro mls? how tf is that possible?
Does anyone know if boost creep will worsen in the colder months with the air being more dense?
do these things crack on stock engine too? without any boost etc etc?. and is this fixable with upgrade pistons right?
No. They dont. Pretty much bulletproof.
Ring gap 👍🏽
Smaller M52TU first ring gap is a thing on higher boost level.
The M52 is the best engine ever made
M50 overall best car to tubro stock
M50: I'm a joke 2 u
