      please read the recipe, he said scales, not skin. If it is only the skin, then I think it will be salty. Not sure🤓

    I see fennel all the time and never knew what type of herb was it or it’s use! Love you growing your own herbs in your kitchen, and I’m inspired to grow my own cooking herbs in my kitchen, but they keep on drying/dying, what’s the trick? Thank you for a superb recipe! By the way by following your recipes I have finished a bottle of dry oregano, and a bottle of olive oil in no time! …a first!

    Nice receipe. I tend to not remove the scales and never had over-salted fish. And you can certainly buy decent japanese santoku and learn to use it. You will have so much more fun with proper gear...

    If the salt does not get inside the fish because of the skin, why do you put spices and herbs inside the salt?

      @@henryslager9406 those are inside and go through with the steam. Salt does not go through especially since it turns into stone/vessel.

    So, I think is not necessary a lot of salt to cover the fish, for last is too much job cook like this the fish…more practice is without the salt
