This is really interesting. I was under the impression that Gordon just leaves everyone to fend for themselves and shouts at them when they mess up but he's actually teaching them as they go and even helping out. He's being a proper mentor while running a restaurant
Yes. He tells them what the score is before hand. His meltdowns come later apparently after repeated failures
It's amazing. He's just trying to teach them and show them what it takes to run a fine dining restaurant
I was under the same impressions too. At the beginning hes helpful and teaching them. Then by the end after repeat issues and mistakes he sounds like he wants to strangle them.
Kinda obvious, how long would you tolerate an obnoxious "yeller" who doesnt actually teaches u anything
You also get to see just how much food is wasted, we're talking real expensive and hard to source ingredients! A lot of these chefs would be fired for wasting so much food.
This show is actually bearable without the obnoxious music, it makes it less chaotic and more authentic
It is...
But I like the cellos going at it hahahahahahaha

MOVE YOUR ASS YOU FUCKING DON-KAY!😅😅😅
It's like the UK versions of Ramsay's shows like Kitchen Nightmares UK and the F word.
The raw series actually provides more justification for Gordon's anger and demands. He has a lot to keep track of, and in a fine dining restaurant like that, those chefs should be delivering the best performances because it's his image on the line.
EXACTLY! been watching since 2005 and I didn't know he starts out slow. And patient
tack on that most of the cooks on the show are supposed to have some experience including experience on a line. The last episode he started counting how long they had been 'cooking' and came up with over 75 yrs of experience and they couldn't get a risotto out correctly.
And these chefs actually are DONKEYS 😳
" provides more justification" wtf are we in a courtroom over here?
@loliver9660 Abusive language like that is not appropriate in any kitchen - especially in a fine dining restaurant.
I'm starting to feel bad for Gordon. So patient and determined in the beginning, then by the end he sounds as if he's going to cry.
Yeah it makes his "This is pathetic, shut it down" moments that much more understandable. How far he goes down to get there lol
Gordon didn't cry, the dinning room cried. That, was their choice to cry.

Wow, when you see him showing Maribel his process of cooking spaghetti, you can really see his teaching side come out big time. Guy recognized a chef was drowning at her station and instead of suffocating her, he showed her how to swim.
Stuff like this should've been broadcast instead of making Ramsay seem like a one note screaming maniac.
American viewers: "But one-note screaming maniac is my identity!"
Pathetic she can't make that spaghetti. Even I could make it just by looking at what he did from my computer screen.
This doesnt sell in America. Have you ever seen the difference between Kitchen Nightmares US and UK? UK is much more like this right here, calm, collected, teaching. The American version is big, bombastic, music all the time and a lot of screaming.
@@DaeLh this is exactly why i can't stand the US version. the UK version is gordon helping restaurants come back from the edge. the US version is an angry man screaming at the filthy walk-in freezer a dozen times over.
@@DaeLhpeople keep saying it doesn’t sell - nah people promoting the message that it won’t sell is why they do it like this. Viewers aren’t that dumb, but producers are. And anyone repeating the message is too. Half the comments on here are like “this is great why don’t viewers like it,” why are you buying the idea that they don’t?
His anger is absolutely justified can you imagine being a head chef of any restaurant for that matter and the main course taking 3 hours for the first table?
Absolute disaster
Seriously! That's ridiculous!
Also adding that these are "supposed" to be experienced chefs.
YES CHEF!
"i dont hate you, im trying to help you" i teared up then for real, Chef is really trying to wake them up

Whats cool about the uncut is that we look from Gordon point of view and his works which is quite extreme. He has to check BOTH kitchen and memorizes all the orders (tho the tickets are here but u can get confuse sometime) and their times that the chefs allocated. Not only that we see that hes also teaching them how to cook communicate timming tricks to be more efficient. Remember hes doing that TWO kitchens so he needs lots of stamina as well to walk a lot. That requires a lot if not a huge anount of patience from his part to be able to multitask all of that while also turning it into a series show. The uncut really shows the hardwork that Gordon puts to train a Head Chef for his restaurant regardless if they have many year of experiences or not.

This is a different side of Gordon. He's a good leader and he's just trying to show them technique and efficiency
Chef Ramsey jumping from one kitchen to the other and simply continuing from the word he left off at is seriously impressive
for real and he still remembers which table, what items were ordered, how much should have been done by the chefs and when it should be coming out. Gordo IS the kitchen demon.
Which is the reason he is one of the best chefs in the world. ❤
With this uncut we can see gordon slowly losing his mind man. He tried so hard to bring the best out of every person in there yet they all constantly disappointed him. No wonder he was pissed off. We need more of these so we can understand gordom's perspective
Its good to actually see the show not chopped up to make it "exciting" for an audience, at this stage we know the characters, its a bit better to see the mistakes they actually made instead of the ones the producers decided to showcase
Yea, all true. But the earlier competition in the am has to have time to be shown along with the dinner service, plus the elimination portion…
What they could do is just extend the season each year to include separate cahows for each event.. it’s the way they do it on Masterchef Australia… every season is over 100 episodes…. Every eeek night for the season….
This is how the British shows are. Original HK and kitchen nightmares. No whistles and bells
Well said
The show only an hour long 🤷🏾♂️
@@ryanabbeyseon and it has to be chopped to pieces because of it, and sometimes producers want to put their own narrative in there, like Virginia having a thing for Ramsey, they put a few clips of her saying throwaway things n spun it into the season based of what Keith said in the finale
That entire segment from 28:30-40:00 is so incredible. Gordon was really trying to beat such a simple concept into them and it seems so ridiculous, and the TV show makes it look hilarious but with no music and SFX it’s actually very intimidating and stressful
I'm so stressed out. I couldn't do this show
Me neither but the thing is from what i've heard most of these cooks are already trained to some degree (not all but most) so i guess due to that gordon feels he can lay on the pressure fast@@domisthebomb09

This version of Hell's kitchen without the music somehow making it more scary and you can feel the stress that gordon felt throughout the service, i can't even understand how can he be able to be on this show for years and also being on another show which is also full of pressure and stress. Gordon's work ethic and stamina is phenomenal and need to be studied.
His body SHOULD go to science
His passion for this business is impressive also..he could easily retire and do nothing for the rest of his life but i don't think he is built that way
@@BigBoss-zi5ss man will be working in his 90s for sure
i really like that we can see how gordon is genuinely caring for the restaurant , food and staff in this version
Yeah it's amazing. He just wants to make them professional
like when heather burnned herself, he went into dad mode
I finally see the point of his style. His mission. Is to instill in them a commitment to excellence and pride in their work. And to show them how to run a business that survives in the fine dining industry.
" i don't FUGGING *hate* you. I'm just trying to HELP YOU"
Great line.
Every contestant has an opportunity rapidly level up their skills in this kitchen.
Great leader. No wonder his brigades in England would follow him anywhere. And Gordon himself went through this boot camp process working for Marco when he was 18
It's very possible that he was taught the same way he teaches others. But it's clear he wants too push them too their best potential. And when you see this raw uncut material it show's
19:22 the way Gordon, after being so (rightfully lol) frustrated and pissed off at Maribel, is able to calmly and gently hop in and show her how to get out of the weeds. I love it.
This is a good capture of how Hell's Kitchen really is.
Gordon doesn't just flip his lid right away, it takes time and repeated counts of idiocy to get there, and this shows how much it really takes.
This is what the show should have been. Real cooking and pressure without all the extra crap.
Unfortunately, I don't think it would've been as popular as it got if it was like this. Maybe, but I'm not sure. But I do think nowadays something like this is very welcomed by American audiences
I like this just as more. Seeing the rewards, drama & getting to know the contestants is good & all. But I wanna see the real cooking without fast edits and cuts
Of course, this is somewhat edited as this isn't a whole 2 hour video since I believe that's how long the services are
I like the fact that when that one girl burned her hand Ramsey dropped everything to make sure she was okay. He shouted for help from John, and even told the person responsible for the hot pan that she grabbed that should never happen again. You always want to get rid of hot pans or plates, because otherwise stuff like that can and inevitably will happen
Heather splashed the sauce on her hand- but since it was so overly hot it burned her quite badly. That’s why he said start again- because at that temperature it was not safe to serve to anyone
I can't wait to see Season 11's opening night uncut, and view the ZACKY WACKY scene in all of its glory.

These uncut episodes really put things into perspective, Gordon is so patient and gives a lot of chances to the chefs, and it’s just mistake after mistake after mistake, once or twice fair enough but multiple times is awful
I wonder why they cut it down but they probably just want to focus in Gordon instead? Thats the only reason I can come up with for that choice. But agreed not uncut but atleast no filler or dramatic editing

Same for Meghan, Jon, Christina Wilson, Kori, Mary Lou, Niki, Cody and Declan.
Interestingly though: in the edited/commercial version they have footage after the burn and she showed great leadership. Basically ensuring that the rest knows she was still producing but weird they would edit that bit out (ie in the unedited version)
And she never came back to finish. Must have been a very serious burn.

26:38 I can’t believe they never showed that clip in the actual episode or at any point in Hell’s Kitchen! Seems like perfect comedy gold for the show
That part was so randomly funny 😭
💁♀️😮
Love how at the end when Gordon brings them to the pass to look at the result of their failures, you can hear people in the dining room booing them and telling them they suck. It was warranted response for people who waited that long for there to be no food because the brigade time and again kept making the same mistakes.
I was booing too lol
Well technically they get told to because they sign up explicitly for the show
@@cameronknowles6267 they get invited, but basically everything having to do with the audience is not staged or anything, atleast to our knowledge, and honestly it doesn't matter since they don't get much screentime aside from the odd "It's good" comments and the more infamous moments. It's still hours of their lives wasted, regardless of being invited or not.
at around 20:58 you can see that Gordon is kind of rocking on his soles while explaining everything to Maribel. He's kind of enjoying to cook and teach - strange that the producers just took this amazing raw video and turned it into him looking almost like a lunatic.
He has the same positive attitude with his home cooking videos. He LOVES teaching cooking techniques.
Don't believe reality TV all the time, can mess up what reality is like
THIS is what we wanted the entire time!!! I didn't want music and sound effects. Give me a dinner service with Ramsay and the cooks. They did it on Hell's Kitchen UK, they can do it here in the US.
Not everything’s about you.🥱
@@oxideactual1018Not everything's about you either 🤫🙄
@@oxideactual1018Completely unnecessary comment. Weak.
I know right, exactly. I Love the UK versions of GR because there isn't so much drama added by silly music. In fact, all British TV is better than US when it comes to music and sound effects. It's so much more subtle
I loved how caring Gordon was towards Heather when she got burned. The complete opposite of How he was with Tom when he "burned" himself ahaha
Heather's burn was caused my Rachel's negligence. By the sounds of when he scolded Rachel she burned him as well before at the hot plate just not as bad as Heather's. I'm gonna assume hers is more serious than what Tom was and the fact hers was caused by another contestants negligence.
@@Kyle-gu3ge also, even though they dont show it in this version, after Heather got burned, she was still calling out her dishes and times to her team so they could keep the service moving along (they didn't lol), with Tom he got a small burn that both and ramsay agreed was small, but he acted like he was dying. She barely reacted beyond tears of pain she couldn't control, he whined about it for minutes even after admitting it wasn't that bad. as Ramsay said, a Drama Queen.
never realised how much patience Gordon actually has, dude is actually so helpful and I'm sure the yelling and the extremely funny remarks helps get his point across to some of the learning chefs.
This reminds me of the UK version of Kitchen Nightmares VS the US version. The UK one is much more calm and documentary style, without all the dramatics of a reality show. I love this!
I know. The UK Kitchen Nightmares was so good. When the US version premiered, I honestly cried about how overproduced it was.
@@Tejayes042383 Yes!! It was so completely different, I still go back and rewatch the UK ones sometimes, I just love that style they had.
The UK version was so much better. Much less drama and much more enjoyable.
It is absolutely brilliant seeing Hell's Kitchen from this angle. So much better in my opinion. What really comes through in this episode (particularly the interactions between Gordon and Gabe) is how so many of the contestants just reflex respond with "yes Chef" instead of actually listening to what Gordon is saying and responding "yes Chef" because they understood.
I'd bet money that they developed that habit - of saying "yes Chef" but not really listening, while working in the kitchens of chefs and owners that don't care anywhere near as much as Ramsay does.
It's amazing the contrast with and without the intense music. It's like a completely new show. I can see 10X the effort Ramsey puts into each and every service so far. Please keep these coming!
Even the confessionals
Gordon is much calmer then he actually is portrayed
I really hope this series goes on and on. Later seasons are so ridiculously dramatized, this is a breath of fresh air
We need the classics with raw version, I'd love to see Nilka's meltdown without drama OST
The best will be Spaghetti Josh
Hoping for Season 4’s version, especially for the train wreck that was opening night.
@movie0007 we only saw him cook random orders of spaghetti and risotto and send out an undercooked risotto. He must've been even worse than that but we just didn't see all of it.
Hey madam , madam , hey madam , take your jacket off and f off 😂😂😂
Joseph vs Ramsay fight should has no OST
So Served Raw is just Hell’s Kitchen (Gordon’s Version)? Honestly, this is just so much nicer compared to the over dramatic and cut up version. There’s no dramatized yelling, you can see why GR gets so mad and the build up to it, plus the moment with Maribelle is so wholesome without him seeming condescending.
loving these vids. makes it feel like watching uk kitchen nightmares. no music, no narrators, no excessive sound effects. just Gordon, and the chefs. nothing more nothing less
I’m glad you’re keeping this Raw series going. Thank you!
Gordon actually calmly teaches them hoping they pay attention and remember. It's got to be such an honor to get taught by this world-class chef!
this is so much funnier than the edited version like the insults and plate smashes just hit so much harder
I love this version so much better. It actually shows how the kitchens are run without the editing with him just yelling at the cooks. It shows how he runs both kitchens, but can mentor at the same time. He really does put a lot of work into it. Please keep these videos coming. So much more enjoyable, at least for me it is. 😊
24:55 Gordon literally threatens to punch Jean. It must be a pleasure to work for that man 😂
I always love JP and Gordon’a banter
the way he took care of heather was extraordinary.
The iconic moment where Gordon yell for JP sounds a lot more menacing and urgent without the sound effects and BGM
Mary Ann also called for JP, which wasn't in the regular episode.
It's actually real interesting because while it's a big ol' reality show, Ramsey is treating it like an actual dinner service. Without the music, snap cuts and violin stings it feels a lot more real.
Wish we got this version, honestly.
It is an actual dinner service. They are there for like 3-4 hours cooking for the customers. like yeah, its a reality show but these are legitimate dinner services and according to some of the former contestants, it was the only real time they spent with Ramsay, so for him it kind of is about the service over the show.
We can finally have a glimpse of how chaotic the hell's kitchen during service is and how Gordon's anger to these is very justified throughout the whole service, and i need more of it
Amazing to see how GR switches to French to JP, true mutual respect - "dis-moi la" 13:57
You can even see Jean Philippe smiling when he handed over the ticket, he must’ve been pretty happy to hear Gordon speak French.
Finally hells kitchen edited by an adult rather than a 12 year old
I always used to mock those who failed, but I just realized how much this job is nothing but gruelling. I don't think that I would have lasted a minute in this kind of kitchen. It really demands focus, hardwork and perfection from you.
I thought the exact same thing the first time I saw these raw episodes.
I don’t know how they can keep track of anything. When I make anything frozen I end up checking the instructions like 10 times just because I don’t remember/want to be sure I’m not wrong lol.
And then the coordination between stations. My mind would melt
@@elvickRULES Same lol. What do I need to make ice? Let me check that online... Yes, water! 😅
Everyone is saying how suprised they are about how patient GR is, and so am I. But I'm more shocked at how he can actually stutter when reading the orders. He is actually human...
Man you could hear that burn Heather got. I figured that sizzle was added later.
Hearing skin burn makes my skin itch. You could tell how painful that was (2nd or 3rd degree) and she stayed so calm about it. Even called orders to the others
this show is better without the dramatic editing cause Gordon is actually really nice and helpful, it gets contexts on why gordon explodes
I can't wait to see season 5 gordon going crazy with giovanni, arguably the most angry gordon moment.
Watching these uncut videos, it is evident how passionate Gordon is in the kitchen and his patience
is definitely admirable with these chefs. I would be swearing a whole lot more with such inadequate chefs.
This series was a great idea. Keep them coming please. So much more interesting than the highly processed versions we've been seeing for years and years. Chef Ramsay is so much more relatable in this format.
20:05 not only is he co ordinating both kitchens he even jumps on to help and give a quick lesson! What a master!
This is absolutely so much better than the edited drama versions. He's an entirely different human being in this one. I love this
Now we know it was Heather who had instructed Maribel to put the walnut vinaigrette on the monkfish, when it was supposed to go with the scallops. The edited episode made it seem that it was Virginia's mistake.
Winner’s edit ain’t a myth. 😂
I swear this show finds 5 to 7 good decent cooks and fills the rest with completely incompetent fools to give us drama to sell the show.
Pretty much. I think they mix it up a bit, but its a good way to give a chance to people. But yeah these guys must lie so much on their resume, they couldn't find their mouth from their a$$hole
Well yea thats the point of the show.
How could Tom not cook a single duck and chicken in 3 hours??? I can't hep but feel they rigged the kitchen to make that happen.
@@kommisar. exactly. He literally stood there for 3 hours just looking at pans. That must have been extremely difficult to just stand there and do absolutely nothing. And the dude who was responsible for the vegetables? Was he just standing there waiting for meat to be cooked or what? At least cook something.
@@kommisar. They cook the apetizers first before going to the mains I think, but still it doesn't make sense. But still.... 3 hours is insane. poor customers
I remember when Heather burned her hand she was still calling out stuff to the other members of her team. Ramsay actually praises her for it at the end of the episode. This episode has been edited at about 21:40. It doesn't qualify as an 'uncut' episode when it has definitely been cut.
I don't think they'd be uploading hours of footage as much as we would all want it

I love when Chef takes the line. There is a calm that takes over the whole brigade when he is on there because he is totally in control. You understand what he is looking for.
The brigade format is designed to give a platform for someone to speak up and run the show just as a chef would in a real kitchen.
i have no idea how they remember all those orders...id be hopeless
I know right! I’d be scrambling all over the place, my memory is terrible under stressful situations 😅
I was thinking the same thing 😂
If i understood correctly Gordon said they are supposed to write it down after he read the ticket
@@StesyoFrom most seasons, I think Gordon can allow most of the contestants to read the ticket from the past in case they forgot or misheard it. In some episodes from individual seasons, you can sometimes see a member (from Red or Blue) leaning in over the past to read it from a decent distant without having to be completely in front of it.
Actually if you know the menu and you've been there for months, it wouldn't be hard. But because this is a brutal crash course for the contestants, the pressure is heavier than it should be. Cause I've worked in several restaurants and once you know the menu it's easy. Granted the learning curve is always on the individual.
This is more entertaining than the actual show with it being uncut, no dramatic music and no drama. Just chefs cooking in the Kitchen with Gordon Ramsays guidance and wrath
42:48 Gordon's expressions are just something else (annoyed, confused, bewildered, disappointed, done)
I love that they show Gordon helping out. I have WAY more respect for Gordon's personality and patience.
What I honestly like about this is that you can honestly see how pissed Ramsay gets as dinner service continues. You can definitely point out the weak link
It always pissed me off when people would try to convince me that Gordon lost his temper without cause.
These raw episodes show so clearly how many chances he is giving each chef, how much insight and guidance he is providing, and how patient he is.
When your name is on the line, and you're being as professional of a mentor and leader as he is, I dont know how anyone can say he's losing his temper without reason.
Him teaching Maribel was awesome
While looking this up I found Rachel brown, the woman Gordon Ramsay said "Do you understand?" died by suicide at her home in Texas by gunshot a few months after this episode.
5:47 Gordon starts to laugh at this own joke
Poor jean-phillip brought ice but the other person beat him to it and he was just there with a cup of ice😭
The way he shouted for Jean Philip at 21:44 is so menacing, damn. It's so noticeable how "calm" he is nowadays
I know it might sound cringe but it's giving me massive "mama bear defending her cubs" vibes.
Like, there's no added sound bites. No violin riff. And we HEAR Heather's hand sizzle.
His children are blessed.
38:02 The uncut version makes the “Mophead” insult funnier to me for some reason
42:22 Chef Scott doing his best and losing it just like Gordon, love it ♥ "Try this you fuckwit, it's underseasoned, undercooked, it's unedible!"

The was the most enjoyable Hell’s Kitchen I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t do what these chefs have to go through. Being able to watch this shows Gordon intelligence every time he speaks. He’s very patient with these people

21:43 Gordon yelling JEAN PHILIPPE is even funnier now.
I’m actually amazed that the Served Raw version of the show doesn’t get NEARLY the amount of ratings that the TV version gets…. Here, this version shows Gordon actually HELPING the chefs in the kitchen and he’s not just screaming at them like a madman.💯💯👌🏾👌🏾
I love this soooo much more than the regular show. not the dramatic music or editing for drama around commercials. plain and simple get to see Gordon work. ...this is awesome
This is probably one of the best I’ve watched in a long time. Chef Ramsey is so passionate about cooking and serves in his restaurant. He tells them when they’re right and corrects when needed. He wants the cooks to succeed.
Interesting... you first care about pleasing the boss, while my first instinct is to question why? and then who benefits? With the vast majority of big businesses, there are only a few people who take almost all the money, whether the business succeeds or fails, and employees are usually chickens running around like their heads are cut off, doing all of the work. That is all fine and dandy, except for one thing. The big cows aren't just in it for profits... money isn't the only thing that matters - there's a completely deranged sadistic pleasure element to what they're doing. And I hate to state the obvious, but it's so obvious you have to point it out to people sometimes, and most people still don't understand after you point it out... the goddamn name of the restaurant is Hell. What, you thought they were going to serve people good food? LOL, no, no, no, in Hell, they don't give you good food, they give you poisoned food that you think is good, and then laugh behind your back when you get sick and ask them for more help. No, they don't want to kill, that's not their aim, they like to torture.
i like to see Gordon does have a side to him where he takes care of his chefs. Hes literally there holding the chefs hand after shes burnt it. A plus to me.
I love Heather! I saw a TH-cam video of when she burnt her hand and went to the hospital and I thought she left for good. Right before I saw this season I saw something online that she won. I’m glad she won.
"Now, would you like me to fucking email that to your Blackberry?"
God, that made me feel old. Kinda miss my Blackberry.
Amen to that one.
Thats one customer interaction that didn’t make it in the Final Cut, GR telling Jean Philippe to take her away and lose his virginity 😂😂
taking to a group of American cooks
Gordan “would you like English or French”
LOL
37:05 & 33:33 is so perfect to me! 10+ years working in a kitchen experience! Now I work for Amazon, retrieving faulted robotic drives. I over see and train my coworkers that pick or pack, they always say “he’s intimidating”. It frustrates me like Gordon, “I DONT FUCKING HATE YOU! I’m trying to FUCKING HELP YOU!” I have the same standard and work as I did in the kitchen til now working in a warehouse! Standards!
24:56 “ya I’m gonna f*cking punch you 🥊” 😂😂😭 poor JP he didnt deserve that
Gordon helping mirabelle when she was stressing out was so wholesome
'Take her away and lose virginity.' absolutely love that line
wow chef is surprisingly helpful and he teaches alot. This raw footage is really something else.
“I wouldn’t feed this to a room full of dying children”. 🤣😂🤣😂 but kinda dark.
Thank you for posting these served raw episodes!!! Keep them coming!
This is how these shows ALWAYS NEED TO AIR, so much better then how they air it on T.V. it shows how much he really does care and TEACH these folks instead of just beating them. I love this version. THE REAL DEAL !!!!
This is actually interesting to see.. Gordon is actually very chilled giving them advice.. on the show we just see the aftermath 😂😂
