This is an amazing series! I can't imagine how long editing had to take. Also the narrating chef is also clear and easy to follow. More please.
Using a platform like DaVinci Resolve and the Speed Editor which locks the iso reels together and makes it easy. I have an 8-camera system for live streaming and do this all the time to cut alternate presentations than what I called as a live event Director. On top of it a;l my system is wireless which eliminates all the cable-pulling formally associated with such multi-camera productions.
Love this series too, and agreed... can't imagine how much footage they have to go through. It's insane!! If you love restaurant insight, we're a similar mostly Michelin-based food channel... but also focus on underdogs killing it the kitchen! We're do more real-time reactions into the dining experience, with some backstage prep and interviews too! We're super small and trying to grow and connect with other food enthusiasts & hustle to grow a bit, haha. Would love to connect, come say hi! All the best 😊
@@superbmediacontentcreator I'm aware the comment was over 9 months ago but my curiosity cannot help but ask, why an 8 camera setup?
@@AnEntityBrowsingYT My system is for both live switched streaming as well as ISO recording. Eight cameras were the most cameras I could get to stream 1920X1080 video and 16 channels of 44.1K stereo audio wirelessly and simultaneously on a standard off-the-shelf router and extender system.
Absolutely fascinating seeing all the stations working together
Love this series, so cool gaining new insight into the kitchen and seeing it all real-time!! it's pretty funny how he was saying how he didn't want grubby hands touching the food during plating, then the shot immediately switches to someone's hand touching the short rib being plated
Ikr?😂
it was his own grubby hand so its fine lmao
If you don't want people touching your food, make it yourself. If you can't do that, stfu
The tweezers, more properly called forceps, offer the same dexterity of a hand, which he just referred to as grubby
Hand sanitiser, hand wash, not touching everything you see?
I love this series so much! Whoever your story editor and writer is? They are incredible. The sound editor as well as the chef doesn't um.. or stutter like at all, which is the norm for general conversation and lecture, Also it makes complete sense why ppl in the restaurant industry are powered by cocaine 3/4 of the time. The amount of energy needed? Out of control. Such hardworking ppl!

This helps me appreciate restaurants
Their dessert is soooooo gooood. Puff and ice cream are legendary .
Epic video!!
Wow that whole short rib dish looks incredible
$105 dollar good
This is incredible
It is a very impressive effort
Great Video!
Yeah, I know open kitchens and shared tables are somehow the hip thing in the culinary world right now but I much prefer a private table without people shouting and running around me, maybe Iam crazy.
💯💯💯
Just reminds me of military stuff which makes me uncomfortable.
Dude same. Reminds me of the open office which is also terrible.
Another BA W! Keep it up!
I love these vids but I am always in awe of what has to be done to get a dish out. When he called the pick for the hotline, it's a small team who is in charge for all of those dishes right? Each chef is in charge of like lets say 1-2 dishes and when they call the pick, all they have focus on is what their station is charge of. Like they don't have to remember what that big order was?
I could never remember the full pick order if someone called it out! So impressive.
Amazing !
Ok, first time seeing this, and this just might bring me back to BA. I jumped ship when all that stuff went down.
As a chef this really makes me want to learn More and More. 🔥🔥💯
This is so DOPEEE ❤❤❤
great voice over
Tamuu! I see you boy!
excellent series! wish there was more emphasis on the pastry team though!
It's amazing to know that there's restraints that do this, except each station is just 2 people, in interchanging schedules.
brilliant
"We don't want grubby hands touching the food" - cut straight to a person not wearing gloves using the tweezers and their bare hand to situate the meat lol. around 9:21 .
Bravo
I would watch all 6 hours of this
I have never been more glad to say I’m an engineer than I have been while watching this masterpiece. Wow.
Picking up an entire half chicken with kitchen tweezers, yes cheffff
Sous chef wearing j’s on the line is a level of fine dining I hope to achieve someday
If this was live streamed on a channel I'd watch for sure.
I saw that WWF guy lets gooo!!!!!
I love this new restaurant bts content!

Literalmente es la peli "El Menu".
oui
plancha = griddle. Espuma = foam. Use the actual words instead of trying to be fancy and incorporate spanish words just because.
That potato puree' with the short rib cut offs? GTFOH!! INCREDIBLE!!
Surprising, the portions appear generous considering its a Michelin star. Oh its true, its true.
jordans in the kitchen... what a flex

I hope in the next couple of days. I hope Bon Appétit puts 19 Cameras in a three Michelin-Starred Restaurant. 🤞

Who was rocking the Skydweller? Didn’t go unnoticed! 👑
Do eating customers sit where they must listen to the yelling in the kitchen ?
