Now I understand why every contestant who is eliminated mentions they have learnt a lot with Chef Ramsay, he takes his moments to explain his way to the cooks and remind them they have to work as a team. These behind the scenes are SO GOOD.

I'd be having to replace the whole staff after the 1st couple shows. How can chefs with decades of experience not get food out correctly in a decent amount of time? My cousin and her husband were part of a service. They were staying in Paris and happened to run into it by chance. The producers told them to sit there and just go about their night. They did get paid for their time, because it was their honeymoon they got a free dinner in one of his restaurants. I think it was the third or 4th episode of season 15. For like a split second you see them.

Man, I'm lovin' these raw episodes. Shows you so much more from Gordan's perspective. They're edited, sure.. but still, brilliant idea. But seeing as these are older seasons, I wish the episode results/conclusions were included as part of the "raw" episodes. It would make this "raw" series be like an "alternate version" of the televised series.

This shows how much they are coached way better then the over edited main show, clearly shows the education the points he makes why the outburst, the praise when it’s deserved, and how the frustration builds over the evening when he has explain why and how several times also how many daisies go out compared with the focusing on the bad dishes of the main edited show
The production cuts for angles to show who’s being talked to ect better then drama cuts

This actually looks a lot more like it was in that documentary Boiling Point about him trying to get his third Michelin Star for the first time. He let his kitchen team have it with both barrels if they made the tiniest errors, because quality and consistency is incredibly important. These folks are learning what kind of pressure that level of cooking comes with. I wouldn't last 5 minutes in Ramsay's world.
