Glad I ain't the only one who thinks the same hah. Seriously the pyrotechnics are simply mind blowing! Honnestly they really caught a lightning in a bottle with this one since they didn't need to fabricate new vehicles or anything alike they could just have a real on set fire drill.
It's Longcross Studios that span the M3 - it's used for a lot of TV car crashes. The bridge is in poor shape these days so doesn't have as much width on the deck to play with.
Samantha Beckinsale the daughter of the late great Rising Damp & Porridge actor Richard Beckinsale. Richard would have been so proud of both Samantha & his other daughter Kate for following in his footsteps.
The Headmaster recorded the episode and made us all watch it to show the dangers of fooling around on coaches. I never forgot the episode, or the talk he gave.
