    Interesting most interesting ur rite about some of the products but I have microwave popcorn 🍿 and not all the time but I enjoy it and I feel great and I am 78 years old and have been healthy all my life never ever drank diet soda 😉 lol Joe

    Eat popcorn every Sunday nite, not microwave, have avoided anything that made with wheat , barley or rye for about 10 years and am 83 and feel great! 😁
