    ❤thanks great session I self adjusted as have shoulder and arm limitations so was great to just move my lower half

    Been using this video regularly as I heal from a stress fracture in my foot. It's gentle enough to help me stretch out my lower body and get the blood flowing. Thank you!

    Nice stretch but I can't raise my legs like that and I would bet anyone looking for chair yoga can't either.

      Hi there, if you can't raise your leg fully just do as much as you can, you can also just slide your foot across the floor instead of lifting the leg as the main thing we are looking for is the movement of the knee to nourish and strengthen the joints. It's okay if you can't do something, just modify it to suit your needs or skip it completely. I teach chair yoga weekly to people with injuries and other disabilities and have done so for over a decade now, everyone can do a version of this class, most can do it exactly as I present it and others find brilliant ways to make it fit them. The most important thing is consistency, your body will get stronger and become more resilient with time and practice.

      I couldnt do it on the edge of my seat, but i could do it after scooting all the way back in my chair so my legs had more support and my back was up against the back rest. that might help if you didn't try that already!

      Why would you bother commenting? How about find something that suits you better, rather than pull someone down because you deem something not good. I hope you are in a happier place now and will think about lifting people up in future rather than just criticizing something someone may have no control over, I promise you will feel much better. That said I like my voice and actually get paid good money to record it professionally for commercials, so it's not just me :) and I am very happy to share my free content with anyone that will benefit. There are hundreds of great yoga offerings on TH-cam I hope you will find something you do like and be generous with your praise when you do.
