Glen Campbell was such a special musician everyone in the music world admired his talent. From metal to bluesmen knew he was a gift from God to the world spreading joy everywhere he played.
The world is crazy, upside down today..11-10-20 but, theses guys take me to visit the happy times. Beautiful music, beautiful memories. Talent in abundance! Yes, priceless!
Glen gave Anne Murray her wonderful care start on The Good time Hour. SHE is the best singer inn the world If it hadn't been for Glen Campbell, Anne might never left Nova Scotia. I am sooooooo glad she did!!!
Now this is good music, guys!!! Wish I could have been in the audience. It doesn't get any better than this!!! I saw Glen Campbell in concert twice and just loved it. He is truly missed. God bless you, Glen, Gary, and Collin.
@@renafox4481 Is it the one of Glen's songs? I need to find that now. I went to DeQueen Arkansas for a week in July of '08 to attend "Collinfest". It was a week filled with Collin just about everywhere, and on the Friday night, he did a concert for the couple hundred fans who were there on the high school football field. Nobody left there disappointed. I don't think he's done that since that year, and I can't remember how many years he did the same thing. Like I said, his music saved my life more than once.
Absolutely GREAT! Man, this is the best singer ever in the middle...Glen was gifted beyond anyone I really love in that business. Waylon was phenomonol, Sinatra was the King of Pop, Elvis fantastic in his good hears from 1964-5 through 1974-75...but nobody could sing or master guitar as Glen. I miss him.
Another video treasure. I loved Gary’s show. Gary had a great series on church hymns on Facebook too. Campbell had a great singing voice and his guitar playing skill is unmatched.
Prefer to have Glen sing this too me! Sorry but Glen is the best of all time 😇🥰 Have to mention Glen had the best taste in clothing, dresses to a tee!! Miss his good music and good looks....
Yess you are Colin Glenn has something that is all too often never found but he is just one unique and spiritual man his voice is like angels he’s a gentle giant will make a nice daddy too we need more people with a gift and those that have love to openly share with us all. Glenn family man for sure
Toward the end of Phoenix I picked up on the tone of Glen's guitar. No wonder. It's made by James A. Olson. Olson also makes guitars for James Taylor. Damn fine gitfiddle.
Man,, this was awesome 👏 I sure wish we had it today😂😂 miss Glen so badly!

How the hell could anyone dislike this?! That was outstanding.
Jealousy and some folks are so miserable they don't like themselves. I loved it , it put me in a better mood.
I just 💘LOVE Glen Campbell! Rest in Peace, Mr. Campbell!

Years later, Collin recorded an album of Glen's music
That was sublime! What a performance. Totally delightful. Thank yah all (as Glen would say).
Gary Chapman, where are you? This was such a fun segment to watch. If I am having a bad day, I am watching this to chase my blues away.
Before his wife was snatched by Vince G....
This is a fantastic version of his songs, such beautiful harmony with the three singers!
I miss Collin's music. His songs were really helpful to me in the late 90's and close to 2010. Great harmonies!!
He did an album of Glen's music.
He has a new album called Scars that he released last year

Gary, Collin.. And Glen! Wonderful respect given to Glen..All three Class acts!
gorgeous
Some of the saddest songs in the world. Youthful regret and aching hindsight and sorrow. No one like Glen.
Prefer to have Glen sing this too me! Sorry but Glen is the best of all time 😇🥰 Have to mention Glen had the best taste in clothing, dresses to a tee!! Miss his good music and good looks....
Wonderful!

Real talent not what passes for what we are subjected to on those talent programme's
Is this the Gary Chapman that was married to Amy Grant?
Yes
That Olsen sounds great in Glen’s hands
I just made a similar comment. Great tone from that Olson gitfiddle!
I love this, R.I.P. Glen. They should just have Glen play, poor guy had the guitar in his hands and didn't play.
Lol
When interviewers were fun!!!
Agree ..on radio , Tele....they are boring ..today
fk me, when did 1997 footage end up looking like 1960 haha
yeah that Glen Campell, wasnt he the best thats ever been.
So where are the equals to this in our Morden times..?
Plz dont call Glen , as ‘this guy’, u know he sings she’ll call my name’ , that voice is timeless, learn to respect Glen or Mr.Campbell.
I often wondered Igloo cable had something to do with Collin Raye's soberness
Elvis died August 16th according to Google.
Glen Campbell and two dweebs
Unnecessary nasty comment u troll!
Sort of true
What a stupid thing to say
@@karensu2669 If you apologize for calling me a troll,I promise to apologize to the 2 dweebs.
Speaking as one of the dweebs…I think this comment is hilarious. Most of us were musical dweebs in Glen’s presence.
