This song takes me back and reminds me of the heartache of war and the fear of losing those we loved. RIP Mr. Campbell and thank you for all you gave us.

Those songs of the late sixties were written by a great writer and delivered to a audience by a master of perfection as only Glen could do. There will never be another to equal his talents.

Wow thank you for sharing this. I absolutely loved his show as a kid. I will hate to see him go, Alzheimer's disease is a cruel thief...His talents, showmanship, and skills will never be seen again. This collection made me smile again. Thank you so much!

This collage of your act of love has taken me back many years........I can't thank you enough. His Goodtime Hour brought my Father and I close. My dad brought his harmonica out when we watched the show. He actually taped a whole in our linoleum.

To see John Wayne was lovely! The appearance of a hippopotamus mounted by his owner could be interpreted in different ways, especially during those times but we are more grown up now. I liked the way the man defended his hippopamus. He may not run like a horse but his is strong even bred in a different environment.
