Beautiful practice! Agree with Dionna and would recommend blocks or books because these stretches can be intense for tight hips.
The hamstring stretch was skipped the second time around (left leg) following the 90-degree twist at about 24:00. I went back to 15:55 to finish the hamstring stretch on the left leg. I hope that makes sense and it helpful for others!

I am recovering from a wrist fracture and it was a gift to find a practice without plank and downward dog. I was able to do all of this, despite my injury, and it felt amazing. Thank you so much! ❤️🙏

I really liked to use the blocks. Often it is only told to use the blocks, but you showed and explained how to use them. Thank you so much for this great flow, I feel really stretched out now.

Nice stretch. That was awesome. More importantly you helped open my mind to some interesting thoughts about where I'm at currently. Maybe I'm resisting the Universe. Live in the now and let the energy flow. I'll find my way again. I just need to be patient.

I'm 48 years old and do strength training with kettbells which shortens muscles. This was too advanced for me in places (although I do include yoga twice a week in my fitness programme). Do you have beginner classes?

Thank you Alo Yoga! All your classes are brilliant! Great pedagogical teachers, great approach, great balance between challenge and inclusion. Just wondering, for this particular video I struggled with the skandasana on the right side. Is there a variation you'd recommend that gets to the same "bits" while waiting for the full thing to happen? :)

Hi Jacquelyn, thank you for this class, i really loved it! I have been finding skandasana really challenging as it seems to target simultaneously exactly where I am tight in my hips and hamstrings. Are there any classes on Alo Yoga which could help me work on loosen these specific areas of the hips and hamstrings? :)

I like her vibe, but sometimes I would've liked a few more modifications (especially a the beginning). Felt like sometimes she was more attentive to her own body's capabilities and that's not the point. Other instructions were really nicely articulated. Personally, I found it a little too slow. Her voice is really nice though.

Very annoying and frustrating practice. Specifically said did not need props right off the top, then proceeded to use blocks throughout. And completely forgot the half split on the second side before child's pose / after the kneeling twist, for an unbalanced practice. Dislike
