    you asked to receive comments good or bad. so in my comments its not to make you look bad or down you. you do awesome work but please look into a micron gauge. i use several wireless probes so i can graph pressures on my ipad. i use bluvac mini micron gauge and testo 549i for hi and lo side measurements, but if you ignore me i understand, but i love learning and when i was introduced to what we should be doing it made me better at ac. i no when i have removed the moisture and in 1hr of vacuum with that machine and use the micron gauge it will open your eyes to fault of those ac machines. yes you have to have one but understanding its short Commings its like introducing someone to a lab scope the first time they see more than they ever realized, big i opener.

      @user-hi3pt3mv2i Sure! Thanks for your input, I'll look into it getting a micron gauge, I like to learn also, so if getting a micron gauge will make me more efficient and more accurate, I will get it!

      @@KITS_Auto_and_Truck_Repair thanks i hope so it will help you to test machine vacuum ,gauges and i think you will be like i was when i was introduced to using it.big eye opener. i remember my first time using an in cylinder pressure transducer tester, i was like wow changed my diag so much. now i have bought two wireless testo 549i probes. so i can graph pressures with out gauges , just sit and watch it on my i pad. its the difference of knowing not assuming. like using a multimeter verses a lab scope. also check out accutrack ultrasonic leak detector. like i said there is much more good stuff to make us more accurate and efficient that you have not tried. im not being mean i like to help others because the others have helped me. if somebody knows more than me im all ears, i want the knowledge tell me teach me help me. as i watch you i have learned a lot, i think everybody has something to bring to the table. if we dont try to help each other then maybe we are just a lost cause as they say

    The question now what are the causes that make ac compressor to fail , don’t withstand the high pressure on high pressure line and disengage the clutch and what is the input make clutch to engage ?
    As an idea for you could you cut the compressor to pieces and see the fault that inside compressor please if still have it ?
    Thanks again

    Did you have to add oil and dye to the compressor? I did not see you change any connection o-rings. Do you recommend this? Great video.

    i have a question, for example on Honda jazz the amount of refrigerant on data plate is 450g. if you are using those refrigerant containers 13. kg and vaccum gauges, how do you know you have uploaded the right quantity of refrigerant and or needles on both low and high side should be at which range? thanks inadvance for those who will help.

    • @KITS_Auto_and_Truck_Repair
      @KITS_Auto_and_Truck_Repair  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @nyikadzinotsikidze3444 the AC machine will tell you how much refrigerant you have in the system, but the pressure gauges would not accurately tell you how much freon you have in the system!

    Please what causes the problem that make you change the condenser

    • @RATCHETMAN1001
      @RATCHETMAN1001 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      all of the new condensers have micro channels not the old big serpentine pipe anymore and those micro channels are super small ,so the condenser is acting like a filter and you cannot flush or back flush. so if a compressor fails internally it sends that debris straight to the condenser. thats why you should change it, if not you will have premature failure of your new compressor

    • @RATCHETMAN1001
      @RATCHETMAN1001 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      also if you dont use a micron gauge you are just hoping in that one hr of vacuum is good enough but you will never no for sure. thats the purpose of the micron gauge

    • @RATCHETMAN1001
      @RATCHETMAN1001 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      also thats the flaw in those machines. letting a machine do the work, so any body who has not studied ac will use this practice. but if you study hvac you will no the flaw it has. but mechanics seem to be the last to get proper training. also no mechanic is looking at sub cooling and super heat.

      @batdrestha Yes! I agree, the vacuum test is not 100% accurate!

    • @RATCHETMAN1001
      @RATCHETMAN1001 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@KITS_Auto_and_Truck_Repair i agree. so using analog gauges wont show a leak unless its massive. if a front pump seal pulls in some while pulling a vacuum and allows a small leak those gauges wont show that, so that expensive machine will not reveal that problem.so while that smart machine is pulling a vacuum it will pull in more air into the system and you will never no, but that micron gauge will let u no, so there is no need to keep pulling a vacuum while still allowing more air into the system. micro leaks small leaks large leaks that is a study by itself. but most of us cant think on that level or dont wont to. and then vibrational leaks while driving the list goes on.if you going gain ground on these problems we have to think deeper. use more of that brain power. we choose to get better or we dont

    • @x01e

      Agree based on videos for Mini Splits or normal non auto ac systems, they pump nitrogen at high pressure to be 100% sure of no leaks.

    • @RATCHETMAN1001
      @RATCHETMAN1001 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@x01e residential and commercial does not use rubber seals gaskets rubber hoses an external compressor seal, these are our enemies. so we can have leaks under vacuum and hi pressure. we cant just change an inline drier filter like they can. the deck is staked against us. our system could be made way better but that wont never happen. i would design it with a filter drier before condenser with a indicator for moisture. also a hi pressure port before and after condenser. cause some times you cant measure super heat and sub cooling on most of our systems unless you remove the front end. same for evap cause how the put the expansion valve. i use ultrasonic detector and i wet everything doing that, sometimes co2 and refrigerant or nitrogen with refrigerant, big blu soap, stratus d tek sniffer, dye under 175 psi

    I love the chanel but not this video. The diagnosis was too quick, the problem could have been the expansion valve. That compressor didnt look weak actually looked like the pressure was too high and expansion valve maybe was the only issue and much less expensive repair. 2nd would have preferred replacing those o-rings in the connections. Otherwise good video. 3rd normally ive seen mechanics remove the oil from old compressor and measure it and then remove whatever is needed from new compressor.

    • @RATCHETMAN1001
      @RATCHETMAN1001 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      if the expansion valve was stuck shut it would be a restriction causing hi on hi side and very low on low side, what i think is if that fan not working causing both pressures to be hi. as we no editing can do wonders for fixing, i believe he did not show the fan before and after the repair

      @@KITS_Auto_and_Truck_Repair you showed the fan not working when compressor came on. most all cars will activate the fans especially under hi side pressure. maybe thats not the case for that veh, just never run across that on a modern veh with electric fans. since you are watching what we have to say please please get u a micron gauge for vacum and get back to us and show the importance of the tool. it changed my ac work totally. i learned from the residential and commercial hvac people, its a real eye opener for me. you as well as others in our trade have been taught wrong. but when tom lech and hvac school channel jim bergman man they have got me up to speed. i give a 2yr warranty unlimited mi now cause i no im getting it right. im also trying to master super heat and subcooling thats helping diagnose better as well. i dont no it all but im getting way better cause i like learning and growing . its the things i did not no was hurting me. now my eyes are open and i will get even better so thats my challenge to you if u except it. no harm intended .
