Wow. I had taken a smoke break while watching this..ha ha. And as I stood out there, I reflected on how good I felt after listening to another MK transmission. I then had a quick passing thought that I should love myself as I smoke, which led to me thinking about connecting love to the act of smoking in order to quit. I come back in, and go back to the video, and he tells the story of helping someone to quit smoking by using intention and love. Now I have a greater hope to quit than I ever had.

I thank you for sharing. I have been trying his suggestion with no luck so far. I think I was trying to think too deep as I said it while knowing it was horrible. Love and nothing but love is my take now and it will happen. Thank you , sending much Love & Light your way

I am listening to this Jan 20, 2016...and I have REALLY AWAKENED from a basic awakening since the end of SEPT ...I sensed a major SHIFT about a week ago...and I knew NOTHING OF THIS VIDEO CHANNEL. I was led here for a reason....THANK YOU FOR THIS SERIES....I needed to know.

I loved this talk Matt and funnily enough have felt prompted in recent weeks to look into the power of intention and the effect of raising frequency through various means.The way it came through in this message illustrated this so beautifully.From my heart, I thank you.

I have excluded myself from everyone for alignment and to "prepare" to face my next obsticle. I want to share my dream last night that correlates to this message which I happened to watch again this morning:
It was my anniversary, Sept 24th, and my father gifted us a new television screen. Now that doesn't sound like much but I had another dream last year of a woman showing me a tv screen and said it was some 3d reality game beings can go into while I held an apple. So I know a tv represents our holographic reality. Matt gave the date of Sept 27, which I dont hold onto dates but that is an amazing dream!
I also had a dream that correlates with this. 2012, in my dream God said 3 things, in the same order Matt says here. It wasn't in words it was a divine presence that I go an instant message from, which I found out is called a download. The message I finally remembered once I woke up and told my dad at the right moment was 1. Be happy/celebrate, 2. Just cause you are free to do anything (harmful) doesn't mean you aren't responsible for those actions, 3. and last live in honor and thanks to the divine (living in intention). :)

I have been listening to most of your youtube videos and I wanted to comment. First of all I have to tell you had I seen your videoes in the "wrong" order I probably would have discarded your teachings all together so Im glad I got a chance to listen to one of your less "crazy" videos first.
You have an immense clarity in your teaching and in the interviews, with all the complicated questions you have gotten, I never once heard you think about it: the words just come out as if you already have the answer. The things you say about intention, living in alignment and all the other "life applicable" teachings are the kind of rare teachings that rings very true when you hear it and is at the same time so profoundly deep that I don't think anybody could just come up with this stuff by themselves. And so now you got me believing in angles and all kinds of crazy shit :)
You got something really good going here and I do think that you are in alignment with most of the content in Tom Campbell's MBT theory as far as I can see. I know that you are most found of uploads and downloads but I really think that you should write a short book so that the rest of the world would have a chance to read your material. Also: keep the practical applications coming. After all this is the only thing that is possible to directly translate into our lives. By the way you have a great sense of humour and I love that you don't take yourself so serious.

Sept. 27, 2015 my 60th birthday.
From a practical example, recently I had discovered that as Ive been losing attachment to ego mind, i cannot function from there anymore & was literally stuck with no drive. It seems that what was truly in my heart was that intention, that brings forth what i need to proceed. Its not so much a doing or thinking anymore.
So if you feel that ur lifes falling apart. find the seat of your intention & let it steer you where you need to go!
