One day I asked my daughter what she thought about something, she answered, I don't think. So you don't have an opinion, I asked. No, I don't think, this 14 year old answered, as in she does not have thoughts croweding her head. Wow. The next generation has this stuff DOWN.
Funny, rt? My 16 yr old daughter told me semi-recently, "Mom, don't think about it - just FEEL it". I almost fell over. They really are here teaching us.

Wow... the fact that this video is only a year old, and I had actually seen it once a few months ago when I was first getting familiar with Matt's teachings makes me rather grateful for the time I find myself in now, revisiting this teaching. Probably the most effective directional practice that I have ever seen anywhere, but I've been feeling so much dismissive resistance within myself towards the words in this video and the potency of its truth that I've taken the liberty of transcribing this video, just as an exercise to encourage my mind to pay closer attention to the words that Matt is transmitting. I haven't felt compelled to do this with any of the other videos, but this one is special. It is the foundational core for all personal growth and change.
May each smile i give enlighten all heart to their fullest loving potential to radiate unto each other person they will smile to!
Been watching again, and practicing for a while. Very powerful. The feeling reminds me exactly the feeling I've had when I was doing something like that in the past, but stopped.. because.. it was to simple to be "working" (?) or because I never heard of anyone doing this, so "obviously" that was useless.. Ha-ha. No, this really is powerful. Giving and living new meanings. Coloring your life into colors of your choosing, because it really has only empty outlines, or even just a set of dots that we can connect into scary monster or into a beautiful flower)
I travel with glitter! TA DA!!!!! Airing dirty laundry used to smell funky...now we have a toga party in it! TA DA!!!! Way to clean up world! This place is radiating a bit more fantastically each and everyday!

Wow! Simple and profound! I was reminded at various points in Matt's transmission of something in Catholicism--the Divine Mercy Chaplet, during which prayers are recited for the self AND the whole world. Those very phrases are repeated over and over again. It's really very beautiful and pure, and reciting it in a group really creates quite a vibe. A little, uneducated Polish nun, Sr. Faustina, was the recipient of this blessing and passed it on. Some of the most obscure beings transformed everything in their lives into God's grace for the liberation of us all--just as Matt does. I am so grateful to have found Matt's teachings.

within the first minutes Matt speaks of clearing old memories…while this is not your life's journey, it's an important part of it and it never stops because you are in this human form and your mind will continue to hold the past as energy within and store it for random access in the future. That's just how the brain works and there is nothing wrong with it.
I love this. It seems every time I listen to you, I hear you talk about something I've been discovering. Hearing you not only affirms my intuition, it adds more depth and richness...and I open up wider and receive more intuition. It is truly wonderful.
