    The Price: give up every reason that you have to stop loving ....

    My longing has been and my first prayer was asking to learn compassion in this lifetime like Yeshua (this was before I even began my search for "the truth"). I became an RN in 1992 and many times in my career have asked myself why I picked nursing and have even regretted my choice. For the past 5 years or so I see how this career is stretching me in my compassion and pushing me to see beyond the picture presented before me to what lies within and finding a common bond. I wish I could find better words to express this. Now I see my career choice as an answer to prayer. My compassion now growing in a garden with a fertilizer that pushes my boundaries to extend and extend until one day they will fragment back into nothing and my compassion will be limitless. I have a motto I live by, "Question everything." And another one: "Believe nothing. Either know or don't know." Knowing something implies that you have personally been informed through personal experience. Memorizing knowledge and holding it as truth simply because someone told you it was true is just plain stupid. :)

      Zephyr Blue i remeber also feeling the gravity towards compassion. i still feel that too. before i could not undrestand how can anyone be as compassionate as Jesus. and like on a silver platter i was served the understanding. how can one be compassionate at all times ...

      I became an RN in 2009 in my 50's. The amount of pain and suffering I see on a daily basis is mind boggling. It has challenged me on the spiritual path to really look at the endless play of this movie we call life. The compassion and letting go required of me to be able to be present with it all is a LOT!! God bless!

      @@bethhayes1 Oh, YES! Like you said, "being present with it all..." Exactly. That has been my challenge too. All 31 years of nursing I have often pondered changing my career but I am seeing now how it has been such a gift despite the hard work inside and out. I love hearing other nurses stories and insights. Thank you for sharing and Bless you as well.

    I agree with the "end of arguing" part. It's like life begins to flow more and more as resistance fades away.

    Dear Adya, i was put into mental health institution in London, when i realized all the things you mention in this video. And their excuses for sectioning me was that i was vulnerable and could be danger to myself or others while they themselves were harming me physically and emotionally with the cruel treatments authorised by those so called doctors. they filled my heart with hatred and anger. the society and the law of of this country is opposes freedom however they actually wants us to believe that this is a free country, i know from my own experiences what they do to people who wakes up to truth. but of course no one can stop me no one !!!!! I m even madder than ever i m not scared of them not any one they should be of me ....

    • @Simon0
      @Simon0 6 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      You might be enlightened or you may have mental health issues i don't know. I say this because you say at the end you are filled with anger and they should be scared of you? This makes me think there may be some mental health issues there.
      If there are you can still heal it all it doesn't mean anything inherently wrong but might be some time or work to let go of some wrong beliefs if there are mental health issues there. I had serious mental health issues myself and was sectioned but realised what i was thinking wasn't true and doing much better now.
      Good luck anyway whatever is going on!

      I know its outrageous, but at the same time holding on to anger and hatred hurts not them but your own sweet self. I too was once where you were.

    • @amrishpandey7916
      @amrishpandey7916 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      everything is fine, just know that anger is not yours. anger is there but its not you, its a result of nature. hatred is there but hatered is not you. acknowledge it.
      dont try to convert it to love or anything, if it is meant to be expressed as love out worldly, it will be expressed such. even if you dont want to.
      just so you know at core who you are , you are outside these qualities.
      just become a mirror, a hateful person will see hatred in you, an angry person will see anger in you. a fraud will see fraud in you. and a loving person will see love in you. just meet with an stranger who doesn't judge you whoever he is will flow with you.
      just become the mirror... just be as are you . mirror doesn't change for anything. dont reflect something that is not there.

      +Logan Westby Yes...totally understood, but remember that there are different teachers that will have a greater resonance with others. It has a lot to do with the each persons filter. As you probably already know filters develop from your parents, Church etc and are added to by school teachers and so forth......so all the info that Adya teaches is run through that filter and is often judged based on that limited thinking. As a result, the information is often not understood and is blocked for a future date where hopefully it will be undserstood and made comprehensible to all.

      WOW! You are the only person I have come across that gets it. We are programmed by our parents and our culture. Programming always creates filters through which we perceive our reality. And those filters blindly lead us toward the agenda of the programming. It is only learning from someone who has had the same or similar filters, and has learned to seen through them, that we too are able to see through them. Then our awareness can begin to learn from other teachers.

      They are. The man's gotta make a living somehow. Such is our world. Don't like it? Change it. Begin with yourself. But first accept it.
      Then again: Some get more out of these many free extracts than others. Spending money on the whole thing is the price you pay for having it a little bit slower and maybe easier.

  • @Nadiarus
    @Nadiarus 7 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    I don't really get it :) He is right though, about the experience of awakening and living in a state of awakening. As soon as you are back to the thinking process in your head, that's it, the door is closed. There wasn't love though, that I felt, but the whole different field of existence. Looks the same like ours, but with the underlying feeling of connection (or actually disconnection) between everyone and everything. Love came after the door shut for me. Hit me like a cunami, I had to hold myself together so I don't go around jump on people with open arms screaming "wake up, I love you all" like I ate mushrooms or smth.

    • @Nadiarus
      @Nadiarus 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's ok if you don't. Did you listen to video?

    • @Nadiarus
      @Nadiarus 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't think it's possible to stay awake, to live in awake state. I don't think it's possible to shut down all the processes that are created by the ego. If it was possible, there would be nothing to accomplish here. He says give up everything. It's just not possible, is it? What do you think?

    • @grzegorzbugajak6248
      @grzegorzbugajak6248 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      And yet he does say that it costs everything :)
      In Jesus' language it's "you cannot serve God and mammon".

    • @Nadiarus
      @Nadiarus 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's exactly what I didn't understand. What he means by everything :) I am guessing there is a full video maybe or in his other teachings it's more clear. I think you right, he probably means more like we shouldn't rely on beliefs and teachings. He does talk about living IT, in an awake state, so he got me confused. :)

    How can you know that counsiousness is just another tool of the mind pretending to be the formless and timeless existence and when we die that counsiousness sease to exist because IT is the brain and body functions that creates that knowing of counsiousness separate from body and mind ?

    • @skedi33
      @skedi33 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      this is the mystery. When you awake this is not a belief, you literally experience that conciousness is formless and timeless

    • @paproachluver
      @paproachluver 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      In mahayana Buddhism consciousness is one of the five skandhas which are all empty and temporary. So the reality to which one is awakened to is not just consciousness which, as you pointed out, is a working of a temporary brain; reality is beyond all concepts and perception

      @@ibperson7765 Real not knowing is Truth, you are getting free of the cultural matrix of scientific materialism. Honestly admitting that you really don't know is the truth! Culture tells you that not knowing is bad, when in reality is what will set you free, all knowledge is conceptual mind constructs, not reality
