1:12 Who's behind GTs? (We look at the gts kombucha CEO & founder George Thomas Dave, aka GT Dave + the origin story of GTs in LA, California)
2:29 What products do GTs sell? GTs Synergy Raw Kombucha (non-alcoholic kombucha), GTs Classic Kombucha (some alcohol - the original gts kombucha recipe), GTs Hard Kombucha (around 3% alcohol), plus GTs other products (water kefir, mushroom infused teas & coconut yogurt)
3:35 How well is GT’s Synergy made?
4:32 How is it brewed? (GTs kegs vs 5 gallon jars?)
5:15 How long is GT’s fermented for?
5:45 What type of tea do they use? Black vs green?
6:25 What sugar source does GT’s kombucha use?
7:12 Is GTs kombucha pasteurized, filtered or diluted? Or is it raw & pure?
7:44 How is GT’s flavored? A look at GTs kombucha flavors & ingredients
8:40 Our taste test of GT’s Synergy kombucha. Note: We didn’t try GT’s kombucha peach paradise, trilogy or guava flavors…instead we tried their ginger flavor (aka Gingerade), as it is the #1 flavor all the other brands share in common. That way we can compare apples with apples!
10:36 Is GTs kombucha good for you? (An overview of GTs kombucha benefits & nutrition facts)
11:00 What probiotics are in GTs? (And can GTs kombucha be unrefrigerated?)
19:00 Does GTs kombucha have alcohol? (gts kombucha alcohol content analysis)
19:42 GTs kombucha caffeine - how many milligrams of caffeine are in it?
20:16 GTs kombucha sugar - how many grams?
21:12 How expensive is GTs kombucha?
22:15 Our verdict on GT’s kombucha

You are an excellent teacher and I love the gentle way you talk. You would make a great elementary school teacher because the kids would love your smile and kindness. Great video! I'm going to check your other videos to see if you show how to make home made Kombucha.

Love how she said GT doesn’t use cane sugar but I have the bottle in my hand and it says cane sugar.

I see cane sugar in my GT synergy drink. That’s why I’m here. It’s 16 grams of sugar in one drink. Am I defeating my healthy diet?

Will GT's help me lose weight with all that sugar? Or, would there be less sugar if I made my own?

Awesome video. Like it due to colo/rectal cancer, I went through years ago.
Kombucha home brewed is good, just started Keifer as it has more health benefits than standard Kombucha.
Please keep the videos coming. Gut health is not a laughing matter to someone missing 10 inches of the lower colon/rectum. As I tell co-workers it all Depends.... can joke about that, as it really Depends...

Loved this video. I was looking for a healthy alternative for my soda habit and had decided to give kombucha a try. Not sure yet if I buy into all the supposed health benefits but I can say I feel 180 degrees better drinking it then reaching for my daily can(s) of soda. It give me the fizziness of a carbonated drink without all the extra. Even though I want to stay a drinker, I'm not interested in making my own so I wanted to make sure that I was getting the best option on the market. After some research I landed on the GTs brand and happy to see this video confirming I made the right choice. Great info here!

Thank you for this incredibly informative video! It answers all the questions I've had about kombucha and different kombucha brands.

In my experience GTs does taste the best, however, I've read in the LA Times about their mistreatment of workers and have decided not to support them. It's really unfortunate as I enjoy their product!

Gt is the best! Can you pls make a comparison or drop down of gt mushroom elixir vs their regular once. They don't mention 9 billion probiotics on mushroom elixir.

I just tried the root beer mushroom elixir today which is why I found this video. I’d love to know more about it. It’s expensive but i could definitely see myself drinking it regularly as it’s not hard to get down (I don’t like mushrooms) and actually tastes pretty good. Also the combination of mushrooms they use sounds very healthy and powerful.

Has any study been done on how many ACTIVE LIVE cultures there is the longer it sits on the shelf? Are we really getting enough live probiotics by the time we open it or is it a gimmick?

I want to know how much actual live culture is a bottle. That is the only reason to drink this stuff. While they list a number on the bottle they state at bottling, someone must have tested this.

Wow great video and very informative. I’m trying to eat healthier while on a budget and i have really bad sugar cravings and junk food cravings. Im finally starting to find the determination and motivation to fix my diet because I’ve been diagnosed with Lyme and mold toxins. Thank you for making this excellent guide and I’m looking forward to checking out how to make kombucha at home!

Great informative day video. Thank you.
Watching it,I was thinking what kind of effects would honey have on fermenting process. Instead of using sugar or juice as a sweetener.
What are your thoughts on that option?
