I would think one could easily add sugar and flavors to milk Kefir right before drinking, which solves the flavor issue. Raw milk isn't so easily gotten though.
I like both , so l alternate on different days.. or morning and evening. Hv no issues with milk. Yogurt is easy to make...for kefir u need the right milk to make sweet kefir... Yogurt I just use any good milk.❤

I prefer Kefir, less sugar, more potent. Too much sugar in yogurt. I love all of your reviews, they are so helpful!!!

I prefer kefir just simply because it has less sugar..since i started keto i find yoghurt SO SWEET.
