- I don't buy bread anymore! The perfect recipe for banana bread. Just bake!
Simple and delicious! Let's bake this bread! This oven baked bread is so much better than store bought! This bread does not need a bread maker, it is only baked in the oven.
It takes very little time to cook. This easy to make soft bread recipe contains a minimum of the simplest ingredients and no chemicals.
This bread will become your favorite treat!

This is a quick homemade banana bread recipe that you're sure to love!
Everything is very simple, useful and tasty!

The main thing is to cook with joy and love!
Ingredients:
1 egg.
Add 70ml milk.
Mix.
Mash 1 banana.
Sieve 350 g premium flour.
2 tablespoons powdered milk.
30 grams of powdered sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Add 5 g dry yeast.
Mix.
Add banana.
Add egg mixture.
Mix well.
Add 40g butter.
Mix the butter well into the batter.
Knead the dough until smooth.
Cover and set in a warm place for 1 hour.
Grease the casserole dish with butter.
Our dough went well.
Put the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Shape each piece of dough into a ball.
Repeat after me.
Cover the dough with cling film and let it rest on the counter for 15 minutes.
Roll out each piece of dough.
Repeat after me.
Shape the dough as I show.
Divide the dough into 10 pieces.
Put the dough in a casserole dish.
Do the same with the other half of the dough.
Cover and set in a warm place for 1 hour.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Spread butter on hot bread.
Let the bread cool completely.
Juicy bread!

One thing amateurs always skip is the folding and stretch process after the 1st proof. Very important to well made bread.
I made this bread recipe today. I have to admit that I did struggle with the two mixing processes-- making the initial dough , & then mixing in the soft butter. You make it look so easy! Plus you are a very neat & clean baker. My tiny kitchen was a bit of a mess! Thank goodness for your excellent video instructions; I now have two beautiful loaves, which I am going to share with a neighbor. My one question is, what do you mean by 'premium flour'? I used mostly 'all-purpose' flour with a small amount of 'bread flour' (US terms), because that's what I had on hand. I haven't baked bread in a while, so I'm a bit 'rusty'. But your video inspired me to try again. (-:
Premium flour is used to Brrchacha the bread before the rising.
