I don't get a error or anything, nothing really happens. I've deleted and re installed fight cade and the json pack and still getting nothing.

if its not working try deleting the game from your joined games menu on fightcade (the left side of the program) and then rejoin the game. for me it downloaded as soon as i clicked "join".

Happened with me as well, altho i found a solution (in the JASON link provided in the description of this vid, we just have to scroll down)
1)Go to control panel and click “Clock and Region”
2)Click “Region”
3)Click the Administrative tab and then click the “Change system locale…” button
4)Uncheck the button for “Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support”
5)Restart computer
Just in case you dont trust me (understandable)
