Sometimes these jazz players just astonish me with their virtuosic arrangements of traditional numbers, a classic example of which is shown here. A certain famous guitarist said, "there is something to be learned and taken from every peice." Well, I know this tune, we all used to sing it, but I never could've conceived of it in this fashion, it just totally blows my musical mind and leaves me completely jealous. Miss Holiday would rise from the dead to hear this masterful rendition of her great song. Sounds like an angel fest, totally musical, in fact about as amazing a bunch of hobgoblins as ever walked the earth. tbh. There's a difference between critical and assholian ya know. Sorry Geo, you're not my kinda human being at all. :)

This is a beautiful rendition of a classic tune.
I don't recall anyone asking for the opinions of so-called 'Guitar Guys'.

Real nice, the last comment really annoys me, I've checked out his videos to prove me right, and yes, he has about a 10th of the ability you guys have. I challenge you, 'Geo Guitar Guy', to play this tune better than Nigel. I play on the UK Jazz scene and these guys are known for their taste!

This is Superb..My ears feast on the Jazz guitar phrasing..I would like to see what Geo Guitar Guy makes of John Stowell plays Intutil Paisagem by Antonio Carlos Jobim on a 1956 Gibson L5-C..TH-cam,,SiccasGuitars..God Bless the Child is a Bluesy Tune,,Jazz Harmony can be inserted..Nigel & John are advanced players..I want to hear what they can do..What's the point of having a limited approach..As for being unmusical..Not to me I think they are exceptional performers..Never lost always know where they are..The WOW factor is their Harmonic Knowledge..Jazz Contradiction is interesting..Chalk & Cheese..Joe Pass & Dave Grohl..Have you seen Dave trying to play Stairway to Heaven..TH-cam..Diabolical..Now that's masquerading as a musician..
