I’m onboard with your assessment of the QX60. I have one and it’s comfortable, smooth and plenty big enough for my family of four with a third row sitting arraignment big enough for teenagers to sit there without complaining. Yes, it does have some features that could be improved but what vehicle doesn’t.
@@4amhussle492 traded it in last year for a Merc GLS 450 due to the whinny transmission, forever leaky sunroof, and a defective transfer case replaced under the warranty. Maybe the new ones are better but I would stay away from the previous models with CVT.
"...Back then I asked for more power and a smoother ride, and Infinity answered." Dang I wish I had that much influence over my favorite cars that I feel could be better lol
This is a great SUV. Love almost everything about it. Drives beautifully and feels luxurious. My biggest complaint is the really sh!tty backup camera, especially at night. It's terrible, can barely see.
The XC90 is quite a bit more $$ when spec'd similarly (my tester was closing in on $70k) plus the QX60 is more of a family-friendly 3-row. I think of them as appealing to different audiences.
TestDriveNow Reviews by Auto Critic Steve Hammes well I remember telling you if I had won the lottery I’d get you an XC90 but if you like this one better than I’ll get you this one instead. Lol.
I have a Murano other than the CVT it was a good vehicle can't go back to any car that uses one. QX 60 and QX 80 are in serious need of an interior overhaul.
F23A4 I should have said had, I bought a 2003 and now after several other cars I'm impressed with the level of features Nissan packs in, very close to Infiniti when you buy a higher trim. It's too bad Nissan doesn't offer a version of the Q60 Red Sport. Or something to compete with Ford and Chevy pony cars.
so, why not choose the Pathfinder Platinum w/a few options and save $12k-ish...granted "Nissan" does not give the same impression of wealth off the tongue as "Infiniti" at the "Save the Baby Seals Gala", but what does the Infiniti truly give you that the Nissan can't? So, how many cars have Blu-ray players? Is that really a problem facing the automotive market? Is the dealer experience better or does going Infiniti get you a better loaner when it's in the shop? I really don't see the attraction to the QX## over the Nissan twin...Maybe a base QX is better than a PF Platinum, but how many base QXs actually exist?...In any case, I'm done w/all Nissan products so things like this do not appeal to me...I do however miss my 04 Pathfinder SE; #savethemanuals
All these Buick Comparisons are awful. The Buick is a much larger vehicle, naturally it will have more space and interior volume😒. This compares to the MDX much better.
Tyus Robinson Right. This and the Avenir have nothing in common. Plus, I didn’t just drive the Buick. Their price points aren’t identical, either. And the Enclave isn’t all-new so you wouldn’t want to compare the QX60 to the newest entry in the premium/luxury segment. I can’t imagine what I was thinking

How is your qx 60 now any transmission issues

It is the best crossover in the segment

Wonderful ride have it as a courtesy right now love it

Same interior as my jx35. Glad to see I'm not missing out.
Better than the Pathfinder; I love the Sport Mode and the Winter Mode.
no kinda power nhandle what so ever
I got a QX60 loaner last year when my Q70 was in for service and I wasn't impressed. Felt like a Pathfinder with trim.
Always ace and honest review Steve!!!
With the upgrades would you pick this or do you still have your eye on the XC90 Steve?
Blake Swan no it's not

Craig D xc90 is 20 k more easy with similar specs . I can get this used 10 k miles only for 30 k$
how would you enable sport mode

SS S As a former Murano owner myself, I agree. It was a great car except for the CVT.

Who the hell would buy a buick ? When i see a buick on the road i automatically look for a 80 yr old driving it
🤣😂🤣🤣🤣🤣💕💕💕!!!!!!!!
Can’t believe I’m saying this: Buick over Infiniti easy! Infiniti has the enthusiast edge, but appears to have nothing else. Too bad.
Buick is for 70+ or older
Looks like 2006 inside....
no led and phone connection...
outdated interior has been a infiniti drag on ! they'd better launch a strictly overhaul model
INFINITY IS THE PATHFINDER, NO DIFFERENT
No walls 🇲🇽
WE building that wall just for you

QX50 has a way better interior.

TestDriveNow Reviews by Auto Critic Steve Hammes No one is perfect. Other than that, I really enjoy watching your reveiws. Very professional.
Agreed with the original statement Tyus. I suspect that this will be xshopped with the MDX and new extended RX350.
ugly old interior
