Thax for sharing salt coffee, I’m not from Vietnam but recently visited Danang and Ho Chi Minh and I tested salt coffee at ‘Her Restaurant’ at Danang and it blew my mind and I brought some varieties of G7 coffee .. I believe your recipe will remind me and will inspire me to prepare that coffee.

Great recipe! I noticed you poured water into the lid of the phin at the beginning and let it sit for a minute, then poured it in afterwards. Is that a trick to keep the sediment out of the coffee?
