1st time visiting Bacolod, Chef! I was there last May 4-8 with my Dad for work. Saw your video dun about Sharyn's Cansi and Luisa's garlic spareribs, sobrang sarap! 1st time ko makakain ng Cansi haha.

Bacolod can't offer you much of a tourist attractions but when it comes to Foods... It's A paradise
Food Paradise!
Bacolod still needs more food destination. They should turn around SM especially seaside area into an outdoor food market and keep them open up to 10 PM lang and 12PM from Friday to Sunday. Cannot do 24/7 because we still don't have the number of working population of Cebu and Manila that makes them a 24/7 thriving cities.

But the ones in Cebu are not seaside unless you're talking of seafood restaurants in Mactan. I just saw SM Bacolod is actually trying to develop next to the mall a BPO building and a university. If they add a huge outdoor food market with lots of tables outside facing the sea and all food reasonable in prices and maybe have a band playing every weekend, I think that place would be a big hit and may even become a food destination.

for me this is tastiest Shell i ate...i sometimes buy this in Libertad market..but most of the time I go to Punta-taytay beach to get the fresh one'

This is definitely an exciting place to explore with regards to seafood paluto,I 'll definitely pass by your place when I go to Bacolod,,I miss the Dewal soup of San Enrique.

Hi Chef, i was in sarsa today doing vlog about the place and the yummiest filipino food but and at the same time my niece wants to have picture with you because shes your fan since youre on kris tv but you were not around so next time maybe. We enjoyed a lot the place, accommodating staff and the food specially. I hope the place stays long forever and were lucky to be living nearby #sarsakitchenbar.
