You don't even need to do molecules gastronomy to get a star but it would help. An excellent restaurant with an outstanding wine program, excellent front of the house service and good executed food would get 1 Michelin star in Makati or Edsa in a 5 star hotel as a venue.Just do a locally sourced seafood theme fine dining restaurant that would work Mr. Celebrity Chef in the Philippines. Little advice from an old school chef from Hawaii and San Francisco. Let's go chef you can do it.

Kay dra man kami kapamatsoy. Nagtaas creatinine ko sang ila batchoy da, kay 3X gid abi in a week, upod ko mga high school mates ko, puro hidlaw sa batchoy abi. Bon appetit.
Indeed, I remember Bar 21 as a small, corner-lot resto that serves Batchoy and other Negrense/Ilonggo cuisines, and just watching the served Batchoy really brings back memories of eating there. I will definitely go there once I have my vacay this year.
