    nang nakita ko to, the toppings is similar sa recipe ng lola ko.
    -Adobong baby Pusit
    -Shirmp
    -Chicharong Tampalen
    -Tinapa Flakes of Salinas (Rosario Cavite)
    -Green Onion
    -Fried Garlic
    -Crushed Chicharon Baboy
    -Garlic Lard
    the only difference my lola used to fry the garlic sa Lard na nakuha Chicharon.
    my lola is one of the OG of Pancit Malabon sa Cavite, Cavite City, she learned it from our relatives sa Malabon
    I missed my Lola, my greatest chef of all time

    20 years as a kusinero.. ito ang dahilan kung bakit tayo patuloy na nagluluto kahit na mahirap at mahaba ang oras sa trabaho... ang mga ngiti, feel satisfied at mag provide ng sustansiya ang nagpapatuloy sa isang kusinero upang patuloy na magbigay ng serbisyo para sa mga tumatangkilik sa ating mga produkto.. mabuhay kayo Chef!🤣

    Makes me wanna go to Quiapo right now. Imagine travelling from Bicol to Manila just to satisfy the craving for palabok. Hay! Chef my mouth is watering talaga. I've been to Quiapo hundreds of times before pero why i never heard of aling Dada's palabok? I felt really bad about it. Bakit kasi lumpia lang ang pinupuntahan ko before. Now i have a new target.     New subscriber here, nice vlog, suggest ko lang para mai-compare mo ang lasa ng palabok sa Obrero, Tondo may kalapitan sa R. PAPA LRT Station, we went there at Joli Dada last week, pero hindi kami nasayahan.. sana madalaw mo, may 2 nagluluto ng pancit dito, Hindi over hyped pero masarap.. (again iba-iba Tayo ng taste preference).

    Di ko Alam chef na may masarap palang kainan na palabok sa quiapo.😋taga sampaloc,Manila ako at madalas sa quiapo pero now ko lng Alam may masarap na tindahan ng palabok Dyan.is it inside the palengke?i always pass the quiapo ilalim everytime i came from sampaloc.😊masarap talagang magluto ang isang cook kung nasarapan ang isang tunay na kusinero sa niluto mo.😊

    Chef i remembered there's one vlogger here in the Philippines that said na hindi nya ganun ka bet yung palabok sa Jolly Dada's and kinompare pa nya sa Pastora's but upon seeing this vlog hindi ako naniniwala na di ganun kasarap sa Jolly Dada's. Basta sainyo galing na mga kusinero ang reviews, maniniwala kami hehe ❤️

    Chef, baka lang pede ka. Try mo yung mr suave bbq, sikat dito sa project 4. Naka bisikleta yung cart nya. Makikita sa Kalantiaw corner Raja matanda or Kalantiaw corner JP Rizal. 4 or 5pm onwards.
