Music back in the day is so taken for granted! Raw talent, no stupid orchestrated BS u see today. Happy to have lived in that era..just keep everything simple!
I love Bad Company, but Free had Paul Kossoff and Andy Fraser. As cool as those guys were, losing Kossoff was a step down. No disrespect to Mick Ralphs, but it is what it is.
Sorry to be so off topic but does anybody know a tool to log back into an Instagram account?? I was dumb lost the password. I would love any assistance you can offer me
When Rock singers are asked who their favourite rock singers are, they will say Paul Rodgers. It’s truly amazing to listen to a more recent live performance as his 70 year old voice is still powerful.
Paul Rodgers may be the most underrated singers of all time. He sang with Bad Company after Free. You should check out "Can't Get Enough", "Feel Like Makin' Love" and "Run With The Pack"-my Bad Co. favorites.
Paul Rodgers has one of the best rock voices 👌 , this is an anthem of the 70's. Went on to form Bad Company, when you have a minute try "Feel like making Love" , live by them, it's a belter, I think you would like it 😉
This one takes me back!!! Back road cruisin, radio blasting, Friday nights at the local watering hole or dancing around my kitchen table. Now I'll take myself back to those carefree days. Thank you for reacting to this one.
A couple of the guys in this Band, went on to have great success with other Bands later on. Paul Rodgers went on to start the Band "Bad Company". They became a "Super Band" in the 1970s. This British singer, has one of the most soulful voices in all of Rock/Blues. Thanks.
Paul Rogers is a world class rock vocalist. His work with Free is my favorite of his, although he had some great songs with Bad Company too. They had a slightly heavier sound that wasn't quite so...well... free. He also did some stuff with Jimmy Page (of Led Zeppelin fame) in a band called The Firm as well as some solo records.
Checkout another band that lead singer Paul Rogers of Free and Bad Company and Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin were in called, The Firm. My favorite from them is Satisfaction Guaranteed. Radioactive is another good one from The Firm. Bassist Tony Franklin does a stand out performance on their albums.
The band should have been huge, they had all the talent in the world. One of rocks very best driven bass and drums combinations, one of the finest classic rock voices, and the sound of a Les Paul being played with feeling, soul, and passion. They had it all to be the very best - thankfully they had some great albums out before they split. And the Paul Kossoff passed away in his mid 20s taking his genius away long before his time. But boy did they make some of the very finest British Classic Rock music ever recorded!!
My favorite voice in R&R. Many hits with Free and Bad Co. I dig how you find songs on shows. Last year I watched a new show called "Devs" and got all jacked about a bluesy rock song in the first episode. I was expecting it to be some young Indy band. Turned out to be Free from 1969. The song was "oh I wept ". Check it out Abra.
Grest British band! I bought this record as a kid. Free and Water was a great Free album. Lead singer Paul Rodgers and Drummer Simon Kirke went on to form Bad Company. 🎼🎶🎵🇨🇦🇨🇦
Oh my! I just checked your channel and didn’t see any Bad Company! 🤯 ohhhh, they’re a must! “Feel like Makin Love”, “Shooting Star”, for appetizers.. and sooooo many more!🐇 hole! 😉❤️✌️
Great reaction, this band was huge in the UK in the 70`s. Other greats songs by them are My brother Jake, Wishing well, Be my friend and Fire and water
Paul Rodgers the singer and Simon Kirke the drummer both formed Bad Company. Guitarist Paul Kossoff had substance abuse issues which led to the band eventually falling apart. He later did succumb to his addiction. The bass player passed away a few years ago. They started out as teenagers and were in their very early 20s when this song came out. Bad Company formed with the guitarist from Mott the Hoople (another band you should check out) Mick Ralphs and the bassist from King Crimson (an early Progressive Rock band) Boz Burrell making Bad Company an early Super Group.
The lead singer left this group and joined the group BAD COMPANY. They were signed by Led Zeppelin's label and were there first group to represent Led Zeppelin's Record Label
Paul Kossoff (Free guitarist) his unhappiness following the break up of Free and his drug addictions contributed to a drastic decline in his health. Kossoff died on a flight from Los Angeles to New York on 19 March 1976 age 25 from a pulmonary embolism after a blood clot in his leg moved to his lung, while touring America with Back Street Crawler. His body was returned to England and cremated at Golders Green Crematorium in North West London. His epitaph in the Summerhouse there reads: "All right now"
the singer to this band is the great paul rodgers. one of the greatest singers of all time. his best work is when he was the singer/songwriter for the band bad company. check them out , every song was a classic.
You are probably the only reactor who would possibly do this song. Most people who watch you haven't heard this, so this would be basically for me and just a few others. A Sea Shanty by Stan Rogers, "Barrett's Privateers". No music just acapella rousing pirate music.
One of my top if not TOP voices in Rock - Robert Plant and Freddie also in that discussion. #Badco #PaulRodgers #Rockstar - did see him with Jimi when the Firm toured but never saw Bad Co.
Paul Rogers...one of the finest voices ever. I don't think this band ever got the credit they deserved. ROgers and the drummer went on to form Bad Company with members of Mott the Hoople and King Crimson. you should check out some of their stuff (it wasn't a hit but their songs 'deal with the preacher' was BADASS!!!)
Wrigleys used it for a Juicy Fruit advert (2 kids on a Greyhound) without getting proper permissions. The singer (Paul Rodgers) turned them over and they made a sizeable contribution to certain charities.
From Free to Bad Company The Firm and even a stint with Queen...with the untimely death of Steve marriot there is not another white man on this planet with as much pure soul in their voice as Paul Rodgers...really shows thru on frees "fire and water" and "woman"...and just got better over the years
Listen to the band Bad Company, Paul Rogers, is the vocalist. React to a song called the same name, Bad Company. Paul Rogers can still sing. I believe he's in his 70s now.
Please react to more Linda Ronstadt , Heatwave Live, 1977 Atlanta concert and Tumbling dice,....also check out more CCR, Sweet Hitch Hiker and Up Around the Bend and Midnight Special .............also another group called IDES of March, Vehicle,,
Paul Rogers was the lead singer for Free and later became the lead for Bad Company. Free has the same sound as Bad Company, a blues rock sound.
Music back in the day is so taken for granted! Raw talent, no stupid orchestrated BS u see today. Happy to have lived in that era..just keep everything simple!
Definitely one of my favorite singers of all time
Since you like him, you’ll probably want to check out a band called Bad Company. He sang for them and they were hugely popular.

@Cruz Marco Instablaster ;)
Paul Rodgers tribute to Muddy Waters is just amazing, with a lineup of some of the best guitarists ever in the history of rock and blues 🎸🎤❤️
When Rock singers are asked who their favourite rock singers are, they will say Paul Rodgers. It’s truly amazing to listen to a more recent live performance as his 70 year old voice is still powerful.
Still sounds great live, always had that bluesy rasp, consistent brilliant voice
Paul Kossoff is one of the most underrated blues/rock guitar players in history...
Shame he died so young
He’s my all time favorite and always will be 🙏
That hook is one of the most famous in rock :-) Glad you enjoyed this amazing 70s music :-)
Paul Rodgers may be the most underrated singers of all time. He sang with Bad Company after Free. You should check out "Can't Get Enough", "Feel Like Makin' Love" and "Run With The Pack"-my Bad Co. favorites.
Are you serious? Paul Rodgers has been acclaimed as one of the great rock singers of all time! He is referred to as "The Voice"!
@@BobSoltis1 Really, That's the first time that 've ever heard anyone refer to Paul Rogers as being "underrated." Speechless.
Never underrated, possibly the best ever, definitely unique ❤️
@@obbor4 - You replied to the wrong person.
@@benpotaka5893 No argument here. Just feel he doesn't the recognition he deserves.

My all-time favourite guitarist, the legend, the mighty Koss !!
Paul Rodgers..one of the best classic voices of Rock.💜
I would argue to say the best consistent vocalist of the era
Like everyone said, Paul Rodgers sings with Bad Company. I was fortunate enough to see them in 2002.
This one takes me back!!! Back road cruisin, radio blasting, Friday nights at the local watering hole or dancing around my kitchen table. Now I'll take myself back to those carefree days. Thank you for reacting to this one.

Paul Rogers has still got the voice, love old rockers.

All Free Songs are great. No matter what song you choose, you’ll love it. My favourite is «Ride On Pony».
I love Mr. Big
You got Fire n Water n Mr Big good stuff
Checkout another band that lead singer Paul Rogers of Free and Bad Company and Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin were in called, The Firm. My favorite from them is Satisfaction Guaranteed. Radioactive is another good one from The Firm. Bassist Tony Franklin does a stand out performance on their albums.
Paul Roger's is a legend. Bad Company a great band that's not in that bullshit Rock Hall of Fame.
The Rock Hall of Fame is bullshit... true words!
@@tracismith708Yes, no Thin Lizzy, no Runaways, no Gary Moore.
@@ronalda.saname396 Amen!
Feel like makin love! Bad Company... it’s a must for anyone’s music collection 🙌🏻🙌🏻❤️

@J Harkenreader how confusing lol. Song is called “Cover of the Rolling Stones” by Dr Hook.

Major one hit wonder! My husband's college band would always blast this after a touchdown during games. It lives on...😽🎶
I love this song! Have a Merry Christmas!
Never heard this live before, i dug it.
One of the best at the time too .
Oh great! I had never seen this live! Thank you, sir.
I loved them in 1970 and still my favorite song in 2013
Alright! You know the singer Paul Roger's is the singer of BadCo. The Firm, and others!
I LOVE the memories this brings
one of the great rock voices, excellent.
Somehow I’d forgotten this song.
And a new playlist was born.
i LOVE that you called it a record!!
I love the your choices of songs to react to.
You might like "Big Bad John" by Jimmy Dean (1961).
This song was used on an advert for Wrigley's chewing gum in Scotland. Maybe used over there as well?

💯 LOVE this jam! Great choice! 🔥
Bad Company REALLY rocks, too!
The lead singer left this group and joined the group BAD COMPANY. They were signed by Led Zeppelin's label and were there first group to represent Led Zeppelin's Record Label
One of my fav tunes. I have a remixed fitness version that I play for teaching aerobics. 👍🏻👍🏻
The lead singer is also the one from Bad Company. Paul Rogers
Paul Rogers, the singer.went on to Bad Co. And went to do stuff with The Firm with Jimmy Page. And with Queen for a bit after Freddy passed.
Another "Free" song , "Wishing Well" is an even better vehicle for Paul Rogers amazing vocals, you gotta check that one out.
Paul Rogers also toured with Queen in the noughties - just Google him for recent performances, sings beeter now than back in the 60/70's.
Paul Kossoff (Free guitarist) his unhappiness following the break up of Free and his drug addictions contributed to a drastic decline in his health. And no hat on this one.
Met Paul Rodgers twice. Super cool dude
I would also check out the studio version- not knocking this- the studio version has a bit more “UMPH” to it! 💙👍✌️
Bon Scott - Robert Plant - Paul Rodgers - The Holy trinity of rock vocalists.
One of the best bands ever...guitarist Paul Kossof was the best and Paul Rodgers, well. Listen to Mr. BIG, and the bass solo...unbelievable .
Should check out The Glorious Sons "sometimes on a sunday", young Canadian dudes bit way beyond their years i think
Upgrade from the backyard 303....dyed the beard too...nice reaction..one of these days ........312
They do a version of "Wishing Well", Maggie Bell also did that song with Jimmy Page on guitar.
Wrigleys used it for a Juicy Fruit advert (2 kids on a Greyhound) without getting proper permissions. The singer (Paul Rodgers) turned them over and they made a sizeable contribution to certain charities.

I agree with the other comments. Paul Rodgers was a great rock singer. I suggest you try Feel Like Makin’ Love by Bad Company.

Listen to Bad Brains Reignition....Youth Are Getting Restless....Rasta Rockers.....
