What if I have daca renewal gaps? Like not renewing on time
You can likely still travel on DACA advance parole even if you have had gaps in renewing your DACA. However, you should consult with an immigration attorney before travel to confirm there are no other issues that would impact your re-entry.

No, not necessarily. There are many ways to apply for DACA Advance Parole. Your reason for travel just needs to be 1)humanitarian, 2) educational, or 3) for employment purposes.
The fast way , is to visit a grandmother , or something , If it’s with honest . You should do it this year , because the new laws are coming , they can take daca or advance parol. To do legal entry . I think that what we should be doing . It is a pathway to get green card , and citizenship ,
If you marry someone that is a citizen a citizenship , if anything is tonight be more a struggle than getting adavanced parol , to enter legal entry
I have a deportation order from when I was 7yrs old now I’m 33 I have daca and just was approved with advanced parole wonder if it would be a issue to try to get back

Hello! If you did not enter the country lawfully, you would not have been issued an I-94. Having DACA does not give you an I-94. I hope this helps!

Can I travel to Hawaii without advance parole?
Yes my wife and I went to Maui in march. She is a daca recipient and all she needed to show was her real id (California)

Correct. Traveling with a deportation order will "execute" the order and will be very damaging to your immigration future. However, we have successfully helped clients with DACA and prior deportation orders travel on DACA AP. There is a process to go through to get the prior removal proceedings "terminated." You should reach out to a reputable immigration lawyer to get guidance on this process.
