Hello, have been doing your workouts my entire pregnancy and am 37 weeks today. I want to thank you for these videos as this is my second pregnancy and first one I managed to workout throughout. I wanted to ask if you felt like these workouts helped you in your L&D experience and what week you went into labor? I was 39 weeks with my first, so we will see about this time! Thanks!
Wow I'm so glad if you've found them helpful! I ended up needing an induction because my contractions slowed down, but I do feel like being fit gave me the strength I needed to push towards the end when I was completely exhausted. Despite tearing, I also had minimal pain after delivery and recovery has been fairly smooth. How was your experience with your first?
Hi am new here really enjoyed the workout but am not seeing videos for week 29 upward I only saw for week 37 am hoping I could follow through seeing as I really enjoyed your workout
So glad to hear you enjoyed the workout! You can find all the videos for the 3rd trimester here 😊 th-cam.com/play/PLVG21Gv5uUa2DZE0O3VcNoe6huNg7zijC.html
I can’t do single leg exercises in 18 and 19 minute, if i raise my leg, i get pain in my pubic area on the left side. Am i doing something wrong or should i do different exercises or is it normal?
Pain with single leg exercises is quite common with pelvic girdle pain. Seeing a physiotherapist can be really helpful, but there are some releases here that you can try: th-cam.com/video/_zE6h7BSnKg/w-d-xo.html If single-leg exercises aggravate your pain, it may be best to avoid them for now and substitute with other moves. This routine is specifically designed with that in mind: th-cam.com/video/gNAjGQJSNpo/w-d-xo.html
If you haven't worked out before I'd really recommend starting gently. You could give this workout a try, but maybe do everything slower, with fewer reps and pause the video for breaks if needed. Otherwise walking can be a really great alternative!

these continue to be the best pregnancy workouts on you tube! thank you so much for creating them thoughtfully for each week of pregnancy !
Thank you! It really makes me happy when I hear that the workouts I created have been useful to others 😊
I can really feel the relaxin hormone starting to take effect this week so those stretches at the beginning felt like BLISS!
I do love a good stretch - and those can get pretty difficult in the third trimester when everything just gets in the way 😄
Very nice and mild exercise for this stage of pregnancy, thank you !!
You're so welcome!

I'm 37 weeks can I do it now??
Will it help in normal delivery
It's possible that exercise may help with a natural delivery, and it will definitely help with recovery afterwards!
I am in my 37 week and I hope to give birth before 39 weeks. Do this exercise can help with that?
Exercise can help induce labour, although on the whole the baby will generally come when they're ready!
Do you had normal delivery
I did yes!
Hello! Just wondering if you will post any post-partum workouts after birth?
