Every storm chase needs to have a drone as the footage you can get at elevation is fantastic... I'm in the DFW area and am a FPV drone pilot since 2016, would love to try and put a drone straight into one. If interested in trying to get some incredible footage, I would love to give it a try if your interested 👍🏻.
I agree. One guy was screaming so much it unnerved my dog and had to mute it. I want stunning footage, not someone nutting on themselves from an adrenaline rush.
You people complaining about chasers yelling during a chase have volume on your devices. lol good grief it’s not that big of a deal to turn the volume down. Chasing these monsters is intense at times and comes with high emotions, yelling is completely understandable imo, they aren’t watching the tornado from the safety of their homes. They are right there in front of these monsters with their lives very much in danger so it makes sense that there might be some yelling. Smh
@@Stephanie-hh2rd Thanks for sharing this, and I wanted to add that these storm chasers are also dealing with increasingly loud conditions on their end of this tragic journey as well. They are surrounded by other traffic, radios and communications in their vehicles with NWS reports etc, alarms of different kinds going off with notifications, torrential rains pelting their vehicles along with hail and debris, thunder so loud that it physically rocks the earth and everything with it, not to mention the roar of the tornadoes and debris that they're chasing at that moment. All the while, they are trying to communicate with the viewers and others in their vehicles. It's very common for people to speak louder and elevate their voice to meet or exceed the level of disruption or disturbance that they are hearing, making that the most logical reason for the yelling we often experience in storm chasing videos, aside from the adrenaline and incredibly dangerous conditions that they're in at these times. While some of you may find it frustrating, it's the smallest of prices to pay for the lifesaving information and work that these storm chasers are making available to all of us. I, for one, am extremely grateful, and am more than happy to adjust my volume buttons in order to view the videos I want to see. Thank you to all of the people who make these videos available to us, free of charge, with their crucial information.
@afdkj It means he has self control. Not lead by his emotions. He makes decisions with thought and logic. In quietness and confidence is our strength. He allows the work of his hands to declare his strength of emotions and who he is as a man. His humanity. I do not believe others to be judging by someone's loudness of emotion. I believe they are pointing out the difference of emotional strength. Big difference. One's emotion is that of a child uncontrolled. One appears to show control and confidence. Hope you learn to recognize the difference. Wisdom you will need as you age. Blessings.

Its not all drone footage & I have to agree with others comments, no hollering/screaming (most times with joy!), thank you for your professionalism guys. I've been watching from Australia & just watched Johnathans video, good to see so many lessons being learned from previous storm seasons.
We work really hard to get in place. A lot of sacrifices are made and it's a terrible feeling when we miss a storm. When we are able to execute everything at a high level we certainly pass congrats around, we also get excited. We also realize that people are impacted and immediately try to cover that aspect of the story as well. The tornado videos are our passion but the aftermath is our job. The coverage of aftermath is also what drives so much aid to the communities. It's great to catch a tornado but we take great pride in the way we handle what happens immediately after a tornado. With that said, people that get excited and scream, it is a lot of adrenaline and passion coming out. It shouldn't be viewed any other way. Those same chasers are giving real time reports and notifications to those in the path that do save lives.
Thank you for the complete silence of your videos. I learned far more watching development from the angles you provided without emotional commentary. Superb job filming.👏🏽

Many thanks!
BEAUTY N THE BEAST
Thank you 😊 for the video 📹
Now this is a new dimension that makes watching even more addicting
Great video! Thanks again.
I live about 10 miles north of where this touched down; that is a prison that it narrowly missed. Great footage, and my heart is with those in Dawson Springs, they just can't catch a break.
Thank you Angie. I wasnt sure the exact angle and haven’t had time to dig deeper.
You captured awesome footage.
By drone too. Well Done
Thank you.
I live in KY and I was without power for 12 hours yesterday due to this storm. Didn't realize it actually produced a tornado, they're not all that common here and it seems like when we do get them its always much later in the day or at night when you can't see it at all.
Me to.
Tornadoes are common in Kentucky. You should do a better job paying attention to the weather.
@@Enjoyer.762 Yes they are! I live in KY as well. I hate when ppl say that. Just cuz one hasn't hit your holler, doesnt mean they don't occur...
Very common...and getting more so year by year
Kentucky gets an average of 21 tornados a year over a three month period.
Did anybody see that strange light going across the screen on the 3rd footage
Yes, it came in and stayed with the tornado
It seemed very close to the wall cloud!
A drone.
That's a UFO
@@Tornaddicts Yes! It seemed ready to dive into the wall cloud. Of course the politically correct ID is now called a UAP.
What does it take to sound the sirens after tornado warnings have been issued and obvious formations of potential tornados?
I'm used to watch old tornado videos from ten years to older and now to see a tornado from a drone it's so astonishing that I cannot believe yet.
It really takes things up a level. I have quite a few on the channel from drone if you want to check them out.
