i got one and an XE200 to go with it they're not bad i like it. the xg300 has cool look, nice sound, lots of features & ways to use it , and it pairs to a wide variety of sony bluetooth speakers , dj mode and music center apps are cool @@zakur0978

In general yes, but if you want some deep bass to bop out to the other two may be a better option, it really depends on genre and user scenario. But blast is the multi genre speaker for sure.

someone was telling me they are talking about maybe having it fall at $170 ish which for sure would be good value. not perfect by any means but to actually hit that deep bass of the bb3 they hit their target im sure. too many issues for the likes of you and me though i think. but for say the w-king crowd its a decent option
@@alanrossreviews it’s understandable because tribit has more highs and more details but… that 5k dip is incurable, it’s weakest point, they decided to copy the Soundcore idea to put 8ohm tweeters that causes the problem. Tronsmart doesn’t do that, they have better selection of transducer’s impedance
The Marshall Middleton is good but it's been around for 6 months and in that time there hasn't been a single firmware update for the Middleton. It would be nice if Marshall adjusted the sound a bit more highs and mids better batterylife and the bass should be better optimized at higher volumes, at higher volumes it will be greatly reduced, at higher volumes more bass and more powerful bass are appropriate So that the middle tone can keep up with the JBL Xtreme 3 at higher volumes

Oum, yeah. Middletone reminds me of XB30 where at extremely low volume sounds so heavy in the bass. But in max volume the bass was completely lose. But unlike middletone, it goes loud at max volume but abit distorted. And abit weak powerful because of that completely lose bass
Solid review. I'm listening with IEM earphones right now and I have to hand it to the Storm box Blast here on a whole. It sounded really good. I've been listening outdoors a lot so I've sorted leaned more towards warmer sound with the motion boom so that scoop is a lot more noticeable on the Bang Max with your recordings. That peak on the BB3 is really sticks out with the comparison here. Don't know if I like that or not. Tronsmart have already added the Bang Max to there App. Have you tried that out with the Bang Max?

Si pudiera ayudarme a decidir pues estoy indeciso entre el blast y el tronsmart por el motivo de el puerto USB y de microsd del tronsmart q yo suelo usarlo bastante. He apreciado en las reviews q el blast tiene mejor y mas balanceada la calidad del sonido y es el q más me gusta su sonido, pero no tiene lector de tarjetas o USB. Le pregunto es tan mala la calidad del sonido del tronsmart en los medios y altas q mediante EQ no se pueda mejorar para q suene parecido al blast.
El ecualizador del tronsmart está demasiado apagado para rescatarlo con el ecualizador. Solo obtendrás el tronsmart si valoras los graves profundos y la mayoría de tus pistas tienen graves profundos. La alternativa para los amantes de los graves profundos si el bb3 wifi es realmente caro, pero demasiado caro. ¿Quizás deberías mirar el jbl encore?

If the 810hz overboosted is flattened quite abit(Boombox 2 smooth mids) it would be monster killer, but this is one of the issue of the speaker. The bass is already powerful. But the mids is one of an issue along with the harsh treble extension. If this would not exist. Also the battery is 10x the mah capacity(20,000mah/same capacity as the first JBL Boombox) along with neodymium magnets (both for the Subwoofer And mid woofers) comes with 5 bands eq and bass boost features. Well it should be the Boombox king would kill everything. And together with WiFi. It destroys anything from smart speaker to cheap soundbars. And it should have 3 way amplifiers inside.
Tronsmart Bang max. The expected,disappointment that actually has a good niche, but bad overall sound quality. Hell Tronsmart needs someone to tune there speakers because none of them except for the Halo 100 has been acceptable to listen to. I think this has the Halos place but the severe lack in upper-mid and upper bass is a problem. Will I review it? Yes but im not breaking my neck for it, since its pretty much the updated Bang with deep bass, as in wonky mids,and treble with upper bass that can get loud because of its huge peaks. I miss my two Stormbox blast at home with my Encore the most. But i can never listen to the Blast indoor above 80% that 3.4khz peak if can recall sounds awful above that. The Boombox 3 I can deal with since I can get enough power without having to turn up the volume to high indoor ms and outdoors that peak helps to a degree, but I wish the Boombox 3 took out some of that extra low bass that is super rolled off and put it towards 50 hertz and smooth out that 745Hz peak
i think being able to match the boombox deep bass was the only target here and for its target market may be enough. 🤷♀️ given some of their previous offerings that still sold i think this should do well.

Question: why? Bass is more tight in Bang max? Well oviously logical, the dual large driver in the center is not one unit? Hunestly if you get the Boombox 2 midwoofers or the Boombox 1 for example, it seems it should but, it is true woofer (Subwoofer is different) because it focused way more in deep Frequencies that's why they called Subwoofer because it is a driver of deep Frequencies woofer is just for midbass or for full bass Frequencies.

for me 100% stormbox blast with my neutral eq, it shines with this genre for me. keep in mind i dont have any high end bluetooth speakers, budget wont allow for it. for me with this lush type of music needs something high end. moving forward i might start knocking the budget stuff on the head so i can find something more in line with the multi genre music i play. bit bored with it all right now 🤔

no asda dont sell that speaker as far as i know. they are really just a grocery chain that was bought out by walmart. their website carries more electrical items but even their i don't see it.
Hi Alan I try to watch all your reviews because they are good fun and you concentrate on objectivity as much as possible. I have bought soundcore Tribit and encafire bluetooth speakers on yours and others reviews. A bit of a collection. Perfectly happy for what they are. But, I also have the old style boomboxes from history and the tunai fire ldac buetooth to aux adapter. How about a review of retro boomboxes with bluetooth to aux adapters? I have TDK boomboxes, 2 speaker, cube and TDK 3 speaker boombox. The latter, 12 big rechargeable 1.5v batteries, or mains adapter, and the tunai fly ldac adapter. Its insanely good sound, I would like an old artritic boombox like me to challenge the whippersnapper new-fangled bluetooth built in speakers. For picnics garden parties or power-lifter walkers. Surely 90% of the useage of these modern bluetooth speakers can be matched, or beaten, or can they?. All you need is be able to lift them. Is it a fair comparison for sound? Why isnt it a fair comparison for sound? We are talking about 50ibs for some of the old-timers and not waterproof. Is anyone looking at modernising old stuff?

14:30 all of the Frequency is somehow correct. But the issue here is the tweeter. Why? Tweeter would produce on such a upper mids?? Which the causes of psshhh psshhh strange character. I know the woofers is correct filtration passive radiators help extend to 50hz below bass. This sounds like exactly the same as the OG Boombox but the Boombox was slightly deeper into 40hz before Frequency cut off or cancelation, but still have alot of midbass so it sounds quite full and smooth, this like the combination of OG Boombox and hyperboom the result it made the bang max.

I have the wking D9, and the Bugani M83, bugani sound clarity is impressive and excellent deep base but for exterior not so good is only 40w, for interior is great and exterior for 2-4 persons, D9 was more punchi base but less clarity in sound and now loosing more clarity, I gifted the bugani and now I am between tronsmart and tribit, can you tell me which one have more balanced sound for enjoying in interiors? More "hifi" but louder than bugani? How are these compared with wking D9?
This is why, you love fullbody bass rather than deep Frequencies of a subwoofers, it's pretty obvious woofer is only for midbass not focused on deep Frequency

It would be great to see phase data on all of these products! It could help the listeners factor out their playback system, or give clues as to why the differences they are hearing exist.

After listening to the audio examples in this video there is clearly more going on than the differences you show in the magnitude graphs. We would really be able to see strengths and weaknesses in the drivers being used from these different manufacturers. You spend a lot of time doing this and have a great audience, keep up the great work and consider adding a phase graph as a way to up your game and grow your channel!

I had Tronsmart T6 Mini and now I'm using JBL GO3 and I preffer GO3. Tronsmart has better bass but overall sound is better on GO3. JBL has cleaner and warmer sound.
T6 mini is a very little guy with the exposed bottom , if you want cleaner & warmer t7 mini is what they did to the t6 mini. And it’s 25/30$ I’d give it A chance you might get what you wanted out of your t6 mini Walmart sells them too

The bang Max center large drivers was looks like Boombox PL Woofers ngl💀 thats a 43-40hz deep cutted or the woofer's Frequency cancelation(not called roll off anymore)
That's good thing because the Boombox is lacking significant mids to give the Flexible woofers produce more bass and deep rumbly Frequencies. But if you notice the highs is quit shrill and sandy and has no treble extension. That's the cause of some upper mids getting out to tweeter(looks like the same time happened with this bang max) the crossover cannot retail the correct filtration of Frequencies to the drivers of Frequency should come out. The result is awful sounding strange psshhh pshhh noise for the Boombox cause of that uppermids going to tweeters. Also the mids trying to go out in tweeters that's why it became worse. And almost only bass would go to woofers instead of full range Frequency. This should be fixed by adding additional small midrange speakers that should produce full range Frequency from 400-3khz. Just like JBL did to the Boombox 3 almost zero upper mids going to tweeters because the crossover is overworking in filtration of correct Frequencies coming to the tweeters. But the consequences of crossover overworking is, if the amp send high current to the tweets then the tweeters is overpowered sounds like somehow quite harsh and sound like distorting feels like it's going to blow out.

If the 810hz overboosted is flattened quite abit(Boombox 2 smooth mids) it would be monster killer, but this is one of the issue of the speaker. The bass is already powerful. But the mids is one of an issue along with the harsh treble extension. If this would not exist. Also the battery is 10x the mah capacity(20,000mah/same capacity as the first JBL Boombox) along with neodymium magnets (both for the Subwoofer And mid woofers) comes with 5 bands eq and bass boost features. Well it should be the Boombox king would kill everything. And together with WiFi. It destroys anything from smart speaker to cheap soundbars. And it should have 3 way amplifiers inside.
capacity should be quoted in watt hours 😝 if voltages are different its not a fair comparison. im gonna be hands on with the boombox wifi soon 😎

Tronsmart Bang max. The expected,disappointment that actually has a good niche, but bad overall sound quality. Hell Tronsmart needs someone to tune there speakers because none of them except for the Halo 100 has been acceptable to listen to. I think this has the Halos place but the severe lack in upper-mid and upper bass is a problem. Will I review it? Yes but im not breaking my neck for it, since its pretty much the updated Bang with deep bass, as in wonky mids,and treble with upper bass that can get loud because of its huge peaks. I miss my two Stormbox blast at home with my Encore the most. But i can never listen to the Blast indoor above 80% that 3.4khz peak if can recall sounds awful above that. The Boombox 3 I can deal with since I can get enough power without having to turn up the volume to high indoor ms and outdoors that peak helps to a degree, but I wish the Boombox 3 took out some of that extra low bass that is super rolled off and put it towards 50 hertz and smooth out that 745Hz peak
i think being able to match the boombox deep bass was the only target here and for its target market may be enough. 🤷♀️ given some of their previous offerings that still sold i think this should do well.

Question: why? Bass is more tight in Bang max? Well oviously logical, the dual large driver in the center is not one unit? Hunestly if you get the Boombox 2 midwoofers or the Boombox 1 for example, it seems it should but, it is true woofer (Subwoofer is different) because it focused way more in deep Frequencies that's why they called Subwoofer because it is a driver of deep Frequencies woofer is just for midbass or for full bass Frequencies.
one issue is these terms are not written in stones and whatever you say someone will claim different.

to some degree, depends if you want to just push the eq or accept lower volume and bring sliders down instead.

for me 100% stormbox blast with my neutral eq, it shines with this genre for me. keep in mind i dont have any high end bluetooth speakers, budget wont allow for it. for me with this lush type of music needs something high end. moving forward i might start knocking the budget stuff on the head so i can find something more in line with the multi genre music i play. bit bored with it all right now 🤔

no asda dont sell that speaker as far as i know. they are really just a grocery chain that was bought out by walmart. their website carries more electrical items but even their i don't see it.

Hi Alan I try to watch all your reviews because they are good fun and you concentrate on objectivity as much as possible. I have bought soundcore Tribit and encafire bluetooth speakers on yours and others reviews. A bit of a collection. Perfectly happy for what they are. But, I also have the old style boomboxes from history and the tunai fire ldac buetooth to aux adapter. How about a review of retro boomboxes with bluetooth to aux adapters? I have TDK boomboxes, 2 speaker, cube and TDK 3 speaker boombox. The latter, 12 big rechargeable 1.5v batteries, or mains adapter, and the tunai fly ldac adapter. Its insanely good sound, I would like an old artritic boombox like me to challenge the whippersnapper new-fangled bluetooth built in speakers. For picnics garden parties or power-lifter walkers. Surely 90% of the useage of these modern bluetooth speakers can be matched, or beaten, or can they?. All you need is be able to lift them. Is it a fair comparison for sound? Why isnt it a fair comparison for sound? We are talking about 50ibs for some of the old-timers and not waterproof. Is anyone looking at modernising old stuff?

14:30 all of the Frequency is somehow correct. But the issue here is the tweeter. Why? Tweeter would produce on such a upper mids?? Which the causes of psshhh psshhh strange character. I know the woofers is correct filtration passive radiators help extend to 50hz below bass. This sounds like exactly the same as the OG Boombox but the Boombox was slightly deeper into 40hz before Frequency cut off or cancelation, but still have alot of midbass so it sounds quite full and smooth, this like the combination of OG Boombox and hyperboom the result it made the bang max.
but the mids is not crossed over

I have the wking D9, and the Bugani M83, bugani sound clarity is impressive and excellent deep base but for exterior not so good is only 40w, for interior is great and exterior for 2-4 persons, D9 was more punchi base but less clarity in sound and now loosing more clarity, I gifted the bugani and now I am between tronsmart and tribit, can you tell me which one have more balanced sound for enjoying in interiors? More "hifi" but louder than bugani? How are these compared with wking D9?

After listening to the audio examples in this video there is clearly more going on than the differences you show in the magnitude graphs. We would really be able to see strengths and weaknesses in the drivers being used from these different manufacturers. You spend a lot of time doing this and have a great audience, keep up the great work and consider adding a phase graph as a way to up your game and grow your channel!

Bluetooth will always be looking for a connection, shouldn't effect aux, which speaker are we talking about?

I had Tronsmart T6 Mini and now I'm using JBL GO3 and I preffer GO3. Tronsmart has better bass but overall sound is better on GO3. JBL has cleaner and warmer sound.

T6 mini is a very little guy with the exposed bottom , if you want cleaner & warmer t7 mini is what they did to the t6 mini. And it’s 25/30$ I’d give it

The bang Max center large drivers was looks like Boombox PL Woofers ngl💀 thats a 43-40hz deep cutted or the woofer's Frequency cancelation(not called roll off anymore)

That's good thing because the Boombox is lacking significant mids to give the Flexible woofers produce more bass and deep rumbly Frequencies. But if you notice the highs is quit shrill and sandy and has no treble extension. That's the cause of some upper mids getting out to tweeter(looks like the same time happened with this bang max) the crossover cannot retail the correct filtration of Frequencies to the drivers of Frequency should come out. The result is awful sounding strange psshhh pshhh noise for the Boombox cause of that uppermids going to tweeters. Also the mids trying to go out in tweeters that's why it became worse. And almost only bass would go to woofers instead of full range Frequency. This should be fixed by adding additional small midrange speakers that should produce full range Frequency from 400-3khz. Just like JBL did to the Boombox 3 almost zero upper mids going to tweeters because the crossover is overworking in filtration of correct Frequencies coming to the tweeters. But the consequences of crossover overworking is, if the amp send high current to the tweets then the tweeters is overpowered sounds like somehow quite harsh and sound like distorting feels like it's going to blow out.
